she calls herself "tully's commercial manager". that's all I know. my friend thought it might have just been tully writing from a different account.

ETA: my friend has no connection with tully (doesn't follow her anywhere) and has never furnished clothes to any celebs before. it was a total cold call.

so how does she really know if this person truly DOES represent Tully? I'd be suspicious ...

I certainly hope she is doing this. Pretty much all celebs who ever mention a fashion brand are being paid to do it. Sometimes it's only free clothes, but mostly there is cash as well. If the business is going to make some profit out of it then why shouldn't the salesperson, in this case Tully.
 
still - if i were the supplier I would be wanting to be sure that the person I was being called by actually DID represent the person they claim to ... otherwise you could be sending stuff out to some random who is cashing in on people's ignorance

surely a quick email to tully directly to check who exactly her commercial manager is AND if this person that has cold called IS legit would be a wise move?

oh definitely. my friend is still thinking about whether this is something she wants to do, but she's a smart girl and anyway I will make sure she knows where her money and product are going before she sends anything out :)

I was interested to learn that this was how that works - I assumed in most cases the brand would approach the spokesperson and not the other way around. my friend isn't a BB person at all and had NO idea who tully so she was a bit bewildered to be contacted by this "freelance television personality", but she's considering it now based on the size of her IG audience alone. lessons for all aspiring future social media butterflies I suppose

From Drew's balcony shots - it's really easy to work out where Drew lives if your stalking. He should be a bit careful or a nutjob might jump on him.
