Ben actually smacks of a gentler age…I like him, but I'm not a huge fan. But it's clear reading his twitter that the people who follow him are. It's so harmless i can't work out why it bothers anyone.

To be fair to Mrs B, I don't follow him. It's against my moral code to "hate follow" although I don't even come close to hating him anyway. Same as the sisters, Jade, Ed, Rohan, Mikk... Actually the only ones I do follow are Tim, Drully, Tahan and Boog. I just post all the stuff I can find from every HM because I assume someone in here cares even if they're not my cup of my tea. If I didn't contribute updates to this thread, I'd probably never check out his account again (although he did score points for having Frank's Xmas CD as it's my FAVOURITE!!!) But yeah you are right... although from the comments it seems many of the people who follow him are maybe aged 16 and younger and probably have no clue who these people are, they do adore the stuff he posts and that's all that matters.

I like part of Ben's personality and overall I like Ben. I liked him more when he was in the house. I know he is being himself but I wish he would get an agent to guide him. He is letting a golden opportunity slip by. He could be a Bert-like celebrity, maybe have a folksy, old-fashioned talk show or something.

Damn! Not that I know how twitter works it anything, but if that's the case, I can totally see tahan doing that type of thing.

I thought something must of happened too. Just because we can't see what's happening doesn't mean the only things we do know is the only things happening.

Yeah I can see her doing it too. But on the other hand - and I might cop shit for this but it's late so I'll risk it - we could ask the question why would Tahan even care if she offended Jade or her fans? The majority of their fans wouldn't cross over between the two girls anyway. And if I'm being blunt, it's not like Jade is doing anything outside of the house that is surpassing Tahan. If anything we could say it's the opposite. Tahan = face of a clothing company. Jade = cover of a local magazine that looks like it was written by a school kid. Tahan = will be on Getaway with Tim. Tahan = 30k+ more social media followers despite coming 3rd. Tahan = V8 appearances where she's apparently more popular than some of the drivers. Tahan = The HM with the most interest in them by far according to Ch 9. Anyone who is interested in dealing with her professionally wouldn't care what she's saying about people in the house with her unless it was homophobic, racist, sexist, etc. They know what they're getting when it comes to her, they'd know her back story with certain HMs and all they'd care about is how she treats her fans which from all accounts is amazingly well and if she could sell a product/show/whatever.

Maybe she simply doesn't give a fuck because she has no need to?

How strange? It's extremely rare for you to even post in this thread. But you thought you found the opportunity to corner me? And show me up as being wrong? She didn't get written permission from [MENTION=1267]torifrog[/MENTION] to come back to this Forum after I got targeted by some bullies here who despised Drew and Tully. My mistake was leaving, and if I feel like posting in this Forum every day or once a month, well that's got nothing to do with you. I don't answer to anyone here except Tim and the Moderators. Now to answer your question.

How about I start with Ben Norris and Layla who did a great job regarding the BB Finale. Both Ben and Layla continue to do this type of work. We also had Fitzy and Bree hosting Friday Night Live and I really miss this pair. Blair had a role in Neighbours and also in the TV Show Winners and Losers.

Chrissie Swan was hosting a morning Show called The Circle that did very well. I also saw her hosting Can of Worms. Pete Timbs hosts the TV Show called The Know on Channel MAX. I've seen Michael Beverage pop up on our TV screens during BB Season, and I think he's great as a Reporter. Ben from recent BB has been on TV conducting various Interviews. And I'm sure there's others I've left out.

I'm actually stunned you would even come here and do your best to corner me, and show me up as "Your wrong [MENTION=34626]Sapphire[/MENTION]." Because it takes a lot of strength to allow a bunch of Forum Bullies to have the last nasty say, and as much as I wanted to go back to that Thread which had the disgusting title concerning a Housemate, I saw that you and [MENTION=34758]Mooseface[/MENTION] joined in to an argument that had nothing to do with you, but you involved yourself because you wanted to support your buddy. (That attacked me for no reason) Another one called Meow started on me and to stick up for her bully mate. Meow started up a disgusting Thread like "We need to get Ed out" and went into complete detail why. Omg, there is 100 Thousand Eds all around Australia. I didn't understand why there was such a back lash. I could never bring myself to post in that Thread, because all I could think about was Ed's family reading terrible crap like that.

And by the way, I was having a great night conversing with other Forum Members about Drew and Tully, when 2 Forum Members attacked me out of the blue for no reason. I spent 3 months watching some nasty things being said about Drew and Tully and I felt sick for all the Housemates families. I also felt like that about other Housemates copping crap. My anger comes from watching others gang up on other people for no reason, and that doesn't matter where it is. Whether it's on a forum, a school or workplace.

Approximately 2 months ago a Forum Member here sent me a private message saying, "Don't forget to send a private message to [MENTION=1267]torifrog[/MENTION], because it's her Birthday tomorrow, and she gets really pissed off if people forget to wish her Happy Birthday." WHAT? I really hate it when people get afraid of others, but you don't intimidate me in the slightest. It's a pity when you get a Forum or a workplace which has had some members/employees working there for 10 plus years, and a new one comes in a lot younger. They like to make the new ones feel they need to gain the approval of the older ones. I don't answer to anyone except those who are in charge. This is why I stuck up for Ben from this year yesterday. Because others were saying how he was annoying them, and it takes courage to go against all the other sheep. This is also why I loved Ben Norris from last year. He really does care about other people, but he also has the courage to confront another person and he won't back down. I totally understand him. Because nobody will ever have a problem with me, unless they start on me first. I saw a lot of strong Housemates this year. One was Justynn and I was so disappointed that he wasn't invited to the Finale. He was part of Big Brother and I wished he had've been there. I was thrilled to see photos of him hanging out with BB Housemates. He deserves to have his moment in the spotlight as well.

And [MENTION=1267]torifrog[/MENTION], your Posts in here are as scarce as hen's teeth. You had one thing on your mind, and that was try and show me as being wrong. What a shame your so annoyed to see me here having fun, and HARMING NO ONE. Infact, looking over my Posts during the past few days, I would say they are too polite. My previous post that ended up with a lot of swearing put me at a disadvantage. The only person who would've been proud of me was my English Teacher who thought I struggled to use adjectives. But thankyou for asking me how I am. I'm very well.

She seems to be one hell of a girlfriend, I'll give her that. Even just some of the things I saw Tweeted and commented about last night on pics of both of them at the Gala would make me probably cry if I were her. People trashing the way he looks mainly. And yet it's obvious they adore each other and she couldn't care less if other people think she should be with someone "hotter" or whatever other stupid shit they say. They seem to complement each other quite well and good on them. I'd love for any of my friends - or even the single HMs - to be as happy and having as much fun as they appear to be.

I do understand what you're saying about some of the longer-time members trying to make the newer ones feel like crap but I honestly don't think that was [MENTION=1267]torifrog[/MENTION]'s intentions or even to make you feel badly. She was also in here yesterday discussing Tahan and the defamation thing and usually pops in once a day or so to weigh in on something. I could be wrong but I didn't get that vibe at all. And I honestly didn't think she was too far off the mark. Chrissie's no longer on tv nor is Blair, Fitzy does a few random things for The Project and the like, yes, Ben/Layla did the BB finale and Layla did Celebrity Apprentice but that's really it. I admit I also wondered who was being referred to because I couldn't think of any BB people who were currently regulars on tv or were even slated to be one in January. Then again I do know how it feels if someone you had a blue with awhile back seems to suddenly appear to have a go at you again so I hope you don't think I'm attacking you or whatever for this as I totally get where you're coming from. I'm just trying to be more zen and give people the benefit of the doubt which I admit is a work in progress haha

Although... I have wondered for awhile if Brodie is the announcer voice on The Price is Right. Can anyone confirm that one for me?

Surprisingly (even for me) there have been several times that I have walked away. I admit that sometimes it was because I fricken accidentally wipe out my notifications on a daily basis and I couldn't be bothered to actively go in every thread when the forum was busy during the season to see if by the off chance that's where someone mentioned/quoted me. But other times I've just said stuff it, we're not going to see eye to eye on this issue so it's best I just leave it. Admittedly it was hard because I'd see those people continue to comment in a thread and my notifications would start to appear again but I just forced myself to not look. Ironically enough, one of the biggest arguments I've been in on here was because people were piling on me and one of the reasons was because I apparently "walk away". Kind of funny considering what you just said. I was a pussy, a coward, etc to them. And while they hypocritically didn't have the balls to mention me in their diatribes against me, people were informing me via PM about what was being said long before I finally jumped in after having enough. Trust me when I say that for whatever reason, I probably understand more than most reading in here what you're feeling about this.

I guess I'm just coming from the view of having seen Tori post daily in this thread and quote/comment about various things. She hasn't just randomly appeared and jumped on people who make a negative comment about Jade, Tim, Ed, Ben or any other housemate and then scurry away again...that stuff cheeses me because it's like, isn't that what this thread is for? To discuss all the housemates, good and bad? It's not an appreciation thread and I at least think it's great that some of the people who used to just come in here to attack people or defend whomever now are discussing other HMs also because surely we all have opinions on each of them. Tori just comments randomly about a whole range of things. To be frank, I'm not even sure who her favourite is now if she even has one.

As I said though, I do get where you're coming from. I often feel like I could post something as bland as "wow it's hot in Melbourne today" and someone would find a way to take offense. It's happened way too many times for me to chalk it up to coincidence any more. At one point I was spending like 10 minutes poring over comments of mine that were maybe 3 lines long before hitting "post" - and often still didn't even post them - because I was worried someone would flip out or turn it into a sparring match somehow when there was zero malice behind what I said. But I post exactly how I talk - the same exact thing you'd hear if you were sitting next to me on the couch or on the phone - and I really can't change that. The only thing I have working in my favour is that once the discussion/argument is done, I truly hold zero grudges against the person. It kind of sucks if they do against you but that's how I am in my real life also so I can't see the point in being different on here. If they choose to, that's on them and I guess we should be flattered that we're taking up mental real estate in their noggins. As I heard on the illustrious Real Housewives of Beverly Hills tonight, "some people look for tits on an ant" and that's honestly how I feel. You'll never please those people... I just don't think torifrog is one of them who was holding a grudge. Can't say the same for anyone else who was in that thread as they haven't been in here much if at all and this is where I've really gotten to know many people outside of the LF thread but I just don't get that vibe from her at all. xo

Sadly Brydie is Tully's new housemate who has now apparently hooked up with Tim. Only sadly for me...well not totally as I wouldn't really want him either... just sadly in one of those, "omfg just stay single" ways that I used to say about Joey from New Kids on the Block. Oh and Chad Allen before he came out of the closet ffs. Honestly I'm happy for Tim if he's happy because like I said I hope all the single ones find love. But still... you know.
