It's hard to explain. Most short films don't make money, although the best will be entered in overseas festivals like Sundance. It started a forum where struggling filmmakers/uni students etc., could showcase their talents. It's very alternative I suppose you'd say and there'll be many many hipsters there tonight. Occasionally well known actors will actually perform in these films or even put in an entry, but it's the exception rather than the rule. As for Tully doing the publicity, I'm sure she's capable of doing it, but it's pretty high profile already. there's even a category for school students so there is advertising in schools. Normally there's also a dvd put out with the winning entries for free in conjunction with the Sydney Morning Herald.

I think Xavier would have been an interesting HM if he had stayed, the Surly task ruined him, he got nominated for whinging too much. I can usually figure people out but Xavier does and says some really random stuff. He also says some racy stuff which can make things entertaining in a hurry.

can i ask a really dumb (or not so dumb, depending on the answer) question? Isn't tully with drew and tim, so why would she need to post this question to them? i don't get it.

it's not super clear but I think she is telling her followers that She, Drew and Tim are going there and asking/inviting her fans/followers to show up

It sounds like you've met him ha ha ha, but that's not an actual question. That should remain private. But he reminds me of some of the Actors I've seen in certain Movies. For example, I never found Jim Carey really funny, until I saw him in the Move "The Cable Guy" where he keeps turning up at that man's place who wanted Cable TV, and he just kept doing the most crazy and random things. I mean I sat here laughing myself stupid. [MENTION=37335]prufrock[/MENTION] won't agree with me ha ha ha, but that doesn't matter.

I haven't met him but I read his tweets and watched him in the house and he surprises me and is hard to figure out
