Tahan cheating

Honestly I have no issue admitting an attack when I made one. I think I have made that pretty clear this whole time. Saying this one more time and then walking away. I may not be a fan of Tahan, but I meant it that way. Take it or leave it what ever. I was not taking a shot at anyone, I was commenting on a post and clearly did not explain myself correctly if you took offence but since your the only one who did I am guessing that others knew what I was saying??

I am not one to attack and try to cover. I meant it as I said it and wont apologize if it was taken out of context. I am way to busy to go around insuring everything I have to say is worded 100% correct as to not be misunderstood by someone at 1am.

I'm not asking you to apologise, I'm not asking you to watch what you type in these boards. Actually you don't even have to explain yourself. Just like everyone watches bb and views things differently, so do us posters. We view things and read things in our own way, but you seem so adamant on defending yourself, that I believe you now. If I see a post that I read in a differing way, then I will question it. It's not a personal jibe, it's not an attack, it's not taking it personally, it's just my observations and my stated opinions that are going to either call out things, question, discuss etc.

And btw, atleast I can confront a post or a poster head on and not run back to another thread to express your concerns or have a whinge session just so you can have others sit there with you and agree so you feel your opinion is validated. I call that smiling assassin bitching

Your interpretation of cheating applies to you.
Their interpretation of cheating applies to them.

If neither of them dont consider this so, I dont see what the big deal is. They are probably on the lower end and theres nothing wrong with that. Your saying she did it to possibly get votes? This could possibly hurt her so there would be little benefit for her to do so. It was in the moment and it was just a little fun.
 
It was a kiss, I'm sure most of the population, be it straight or gay would have loved to have participated in that kiss between Jade, Tahan and Tully. I know I would have

That's a little far fetched isn't it, I mean it's possible they discussed what behavior would be tolerated for the sake of their relationship. But to suggest is for votes? I take it you're not a fan

A kiss is just a kiss, it's not cheating unless there's feelings behind the kiss.... a 3 way kiss in the Spa for show is NOT cheating

That works for me. I would appreciate people asking me if something is unsure. I am normally pretty straight forward when it come to what I mean so if I felt that way I honestly would have just came out and said "she just did it for votes".

As for running away and having a whinge, I think I did more then enough to confront the situation dont you?? I told you that's not what I meant, not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. I then went back to a thread I am comfortable in and made a passing comment, not just about you but about you included yes but again I said nothing that I did not say right to you in that I believe you were being over sensitive. It was one post before going to bed pointing out and asking others if its just me or are people being over sensitive. I am confused as to how that is having a whinge or how that's a 'smiling assassin bitching?

I am getting tired of having to explain myself over things I never even bloody said/meant...

Seriously. I hardly ever get time to get on here and when I do its normally late and/or when I am tired and doing other things. It takes all the fun out of it if every comment I say about Jade gets bashed and laughed at and any comment about other housemates is seen as hateful and insulting regardless of how I meant it. Some times people can make a comment on a housemate they dont like as much as others without it getting mean and nasty???

Anyway, I am going to bed, done with all the drama and not going to bother joining in on any other housemate conversations. :P

I never made it into a big deal. My comment was short and to the point. I never placed any judgement on them for their choices, only stated mine, like everyone else who replied. Not sure why I am being singled out. As for the rest, read the other posts. not going to go through all that again. :P

I have admitted to bad wording and not explaining what I said in detail, in my defense it was after 1am and I was catching up on 5 days without internet. GOT TO POST GOT TO POST GOT TO POST!! :P

I am not shy that is for sure. I pretty much would have said "she did it for votes" if that's what I was trying to say. I was saying that they would have known it wouldn't hurt/effect their votes. I never judged any of them for it as it was all in fun. I just personally would view it as cheating if it was my hubby and would not have had that fun if in a relationship myself. Doesn't mean I was not able to appreciate the fun of it.

I'd classify it under tomfoolery/shenanigans. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence realises there was nothing in the kiss, T had no romantic feelings for Tully or any intention of hooking up with her. And her bf seems fine with T partaking is said shenanigans as he's still supporting her so I don't know why it anybody else should care other than to sully T's name and hurt her chances of winning.

Whether you kept it vague or not, you are inciting comments of hate, or just plain nonsense on other forum members. It then becomes a group of people bitching IMO. To seek approval from others to praise you and make you feel better while adding their 2 cents to about other posters is not what the appreciation thread is made for. It's also happened before I've heard, so you would think you know this by now.

Glad it's sorted though.
 
I think intent has a lot to do with things.
It was just meant as a bit of fun, it wasn't because they were sexually attracted to each other!
I don't even understand why it's a question - it's just boggling to me that some would consider it cheating. If I did that with someone in that situation my husband would probably either a) laugh at how awkward I looked or b) secretly enjoy it. He wouldn't be threatened in any way shape or form. If the shoe was on the other foot - well he'd rather stab himself in the eyeball than kiss another guy but if it happened in that sort of environment as a dare I'd just be laughing.
That's actually one area where I have to give Tahan big props, she obviously loves her b/f and never gave him any cause to doubt that in the house.

Indeed it is weird. You'd think as lesbians they'd have a harder time accepting physical contact with another female ('cos you know they're attracted to other females and whatnot) even if she was straight than a guy who apparently they should feel no physical attraction, strictly by definition obviously. I've never been able to get my head around that one either very strange, very very strange.
 
This thread is in contention for the dumbest thread of 2013 award.

I'm sure Tahan's bf was devastated when he saw her making out with beautiful women on TV. Devastated!

I wonder how many boxes of tissues he went through from all his, err .... "crying".
