Jade Actress?

There's a Youtube clip somewhere on here of her being on a tv show that aired recently... I want to say in the US. It might be in the Jade Appreciation thread? I know when it aired I was still a big fan of hers and a few people had popped up on here to express their surprise at seeing her randomly appear on their tv screens. Maybe check there? Sorry I know that thread is huge but I'm pretty sure that's where it is although I have no clue on what page.

Well we saw her "perform" at the Talent night and in other various BB activities and perform she did not.. You would think that anyone with any real passion or fortitude would use this golden opportunity to showcase her talent. Especially given that she has told the housemates that she is using the experience to "get work" after it's over. Does she expect she can appear to be bland and talentless and the jobs will just fall into her lap?? As I've said before - we'll see her in Zoo mag and then she'll slip on back to the pub she came from.

Oh was that scripted? can't remember. Not all actors can improv.

They all had at least a day to prepare.. It wasn't impromptu. There are many examples of times when she could have really showcased her talent (the sham marriage?? Any performer's DREAM scenario!) yet she fell astonishingly flat. I'm sure she makes a wonderful glass washer though.

Agreed. What's sad is she probably doesn't even have a passion for it, just assumes it's another way to use her looks.

I think you're right. If she put as much effort into developing herself and her interests as she does into Ed, she could do anything she wanted!
 
Hahahaha, I watched the eps of Camp she was in - she only had two lines, hard to tell by them her skills, but some of the other acting on the show was dire! Adam Garcia being it kind of made up for that though :P
 
Other than lacking much of a story (because they really didn't get much time to do it) and the lack of knowledge about each other, i thought she did a very convincing job of pretending to be Drews wife

Me too. Drew said that their character breakdowns didn't fit because he was too white to have been living in Byron.

And I'd also like your comments on other housemates chosen field as well - success stories all around hmm?

There appears to be a lot of experts in the room :)
