The boring group leader - Jade...

Has Jade ever played handball, kicked the football with BF Ed or do anything fun with any HM, that doesn't involve sunbathing ?

It seems the boring group leader is actually Jade. She does nothing but whine about how good Ed looks, and yet wont go and play with him LOL
Truth is, Ed wants a foot in both camps, play with the Fun or Toilet Group, and hang out with the Boring group then complain about how Tim is the puppet master.
But Jade is the head Leader of the BORING GROUP. Instead of continually sun-baking her white skin, which will only make her look abt 50 at the age of 30. How bout she get up and kick a ball :-) and yes i mean Ed's.
 
Jade isn't the one really complaining she has never really done anything but sunbathe and perv on Ed

I dont think the group has a "leader" but Mikkayla has forced herself out of any group Tahan is part of from the start, by wanting to avoid her. Since her monkeys (aka the sugar sisters) have left, and the house population is becoming less and less her options have diminished.... I think Jade now feels obligated to stick by her.
 
yeah you dont really see Jade doing much apart from sunbathing,being with Ed, gossiping with her girls, getting dressed or occasionally talking to someone else.
Jade does seem content doing this though, and usually doesnt mind participating in the tasks or showdown but doesn't try and join in the physical games, or coming up with fun ideas to entertain the group.
 
I am hoping that Jade leaves before Ed. She is the one feeding all this 'Tim is out to get you' bullshit. Since Matt left, (4 weeks ago?) Ed hasn't had a real friend to say to him, you are being stupid and to get over himself. Ed has always had a problem with Tim, but I think for the most part he would get over it if Jade wasn't there telling him he is right all the time.

It's kind of Tim is the kid role and Ed is the adult role, but neither of them in the end want to be seen as that one thing. You get the feeling that sometimes Ed just wants to kick a football around, Jade and Mik don't want to do that, and he feels embarrassed to ask Tim or Drew because he has been carrying on like twat. Today Jade is no where to be seen and Ed is having a fine time without her.

Jade is also the one that cut his friendship with Tahan off at the knees. She is hella jealous of Tahan and couldn't stand that Ed was calling her the most beautiful girl in the house. She started feeding him bull about Tahan siding with Tim and Drew and using Ed. So he started shutting her off and she was forced to hang with Tim and Drew, therefore proving Jade right, when in fact it was Jade who caused the problem/spilt.

If Tim really wants to win, he need to take Ed with him to the final. Anyone that is seen as part of his 'group' will be popular by default and would most likely bet him in the end. Where as Ed, he knows which buttons to push to make him cranky and start mumbling away so in the end that could make Tim look very good.

Yeah, I really don't think Jade's the leader. She seems to just be spending more time now with this new "boring group" out of loyalty to Mikk and Ed. The way I see it Ed, Mikkayla and now even Maddie seem to have a problem with Tim that Jade's just not that passionate about. Like the other day when she was worried about Tim's well-being and Mikkayla told her not to worry because he was just trying to manipulate them. When the group split she was the most upset because she'd been close with Tim and Drew from day dot.

Either way it seems from the LFs that the groups are dead anyway.

Say what you want about the "boring" group but they're the ones causing the tension and drama. Half the threads on the forums revolve around what jade, ed or mikkayla are doing. Other than Tim the rest of his group aren't giving us anything to talk about. Even tahan has mellowed out and softened up. Boog may be causing tension because of her humor but once again its only because Mikkayla is making an issue out of it.
Nobody wants to watch them kick a football around all day. I would say Jade is more interesting TV than half the housemates there.

That's true they give us forum users something to talk about, but no one else wants to know them lol

if I mention any of them especially Jade, to any one else I get the usual smart ass "I though she left weeks ago" response...
 
I think some of you are missing the point, I think OP Is mostly just pointing out that she is the number 1 boring housemate not that she actually leads their group.

Thats what I thought. Its a traversty Tahan , Mik and Boog are up when we have the likes of Ed, Maddie and Jade wallowing in safety.

Think the point of this was just to start another Jade bashing thread. It's what ASSASSIN does *shrugs.

Just like to point out Jade is a 23 year old girl. Her not wanting the 'kick the footy' round the backyard is actually normal behaviour for a girl her age so not sure what all the fuss is about. I don't think watching them kick a footy around the backyard (or blowing on straws, jumping on mattresses etc.) makes particularly riveting viewing either.

And Assassin, yes Jade is 'so boring'. She has lived in Italy, been on Italy's Next Top Model and been on Big Brother. All the while, you spend 6your day bashing housemates on a forum (to the point of obsession, must you put a negative spin on everything?). Don't be so quick to pass judgement.

I think its important that we have different opinions - I enjoy that about the forums
 
Jade is far from a boring housemate. Apart from Tim she's featured on the daily shows and LFs more than anyone (whether it's postive or negative). Sure she sunbakes while some of the others are kicking a ball around, but sports isn't what I watch BB for. There's a reason they never show that shit on the televised shows.
 
I've seen her play sports (basketball)with Caleb,Matt Tahan and Ed on the live feed.In fact if you check todays live feed she's playing basketball with Ed.Just because the tv show doesn't show it doesn't mean she doesn't participate in sports.
 
I think shes a bit of a "meh" character in the house... she doesn't bring anything good or bad. I'm not sure if she appears that often on the show, though I'm sure they try to give them equal air time, she does does nothing to make me notice.

Look, people like different things. Some like the loudest people there, and some like people with other qualities. For me I like a balance, I like to be entertained but I also appreciate other things. I think you need a little of a balance of both.

As far a being the leader of the group goes though, I don't really agree. I think she's been sad that there's been a divide because she also enjoy's Tim's company and until recently Drew's.

I think there's nothing wrong with having an opinion - it kind of just grates on me where every single thing a person says or does is made into this huge 'thing' that's completely made up and those same things get applauded or excused in other housemates. It's hard to reason with or understand that sort of thing.

Being in there so long, where that's their whole environment with only each other to focus on I think would be difficult for them all. I'd be cracking it a lot more often than any of them do I'm sure. It seems they all get over things though a lot quicker than we do on this forum! lol

Exactly...no offence but watching Jade or the housemates kick a ball around is not my idea of fun. She's basically at the center of most conversations even when they don't show her. And mind you, she does play sports in the house (e.g. basketball today) but obviously they're not going to focus on that in the live feeds. The focus = the conversations, which happen when they're sunbathing or relaxing most of the time.
