lol at this family business. Why is it that the Ed haters are the most stupid. Tahan's family are voting for her. Tim's family are voting for him and so on.

Thats exactly what i thought he reminds me so much of the side to jamie that we didnt see unitl he left the house . In away even though i dislike watching jade+ed togeather im glad she went after him other wise people wouldnt of had seen the real side to Ed instead they wouldve still painted him as Prince Charming .

Apparently Ed's family is compromised of either 10,000 people in a sweatshop outfitted with cellphones or master hackers.

I'm starting to really think Ed will be a stayer for the final 3 at least, hes always had a quiet but very loyal fanbase, not to mention the families money helping both with votes and campaigning to save him in the most public of manner (competitions, ads in papers). Also facebook is equally active in wanting to save him as they are Drew, who is considered a real contender for top 3.

He is not going anywhere this coming eviction thats almost certain, I cant stand the guy but I will admit his family and quiet fanbase have pulled off a feat.

Ed seems to be the least favourite HM for quite a while or very near the bottom in various online polls etc around the net but somehow he manages to survive being evicted, so if he stays again this eviction I think he must have enough of a save voting power behind him to win BB.. I don't think it's from BB viewers saving him, so maybe some corporate or footy teams backing him?
his brother is going to get $50000 if Ed wins, so I'm sure he doing all he can to promote Ed whether is tweeting celebrities, win a date with Ed competition , newspaper ads, or getting football teams/fans behind him.

Jamie told a story involving a very young prostitute in Thailand that put me off him forever. He shouldn't have won. He was entirely comprised of easygoing, exploitative charm and he had no substance, and his win illuminated this country's depressing love affair with dumb bros.

I thought Jamie was the worst winner ever on BB.

i found his character interesting, he acted like a bit of a meathead but at times would completely contradict himself with such deep and intellectual things to say. & the little poems he would make up that were too complex for me to understand, and i'm pretty smart! he also had the same sense of humour as me so that helps..

& he managed to be a nice guy without being boring or falling into the shadows of the other hms

My god, replace 'easygoing' with 'uptight' and they are twins, right down to the exploitative use while in the house of some poor befuddled and madly infatuated blonde who thinks the sun shines out of his noble arse.

Do I think Ed could pull a Jamie? On his dull own, no, but with Nick Lower's machinations, it's entirely too possible. Please make it not so.

I don't recall the exact details, it was a long time ago, and I'm relectant to write something inaccurate/slanderous but he told a story in the spa one night about going to Thailand and hiring a prostitute (as i recall it he said he had no way of knowing if she was of age or not and he assumed she was but concerns were raised by some bystander afterwards when it was too late) and it gave me such a vision of casual, entitled, golden Jamie, slouching around the world in his fisherman's pants, buying and consuming unentitled, ungolden girls and then later sitting in a spa being remorseful at the prospect of an error but still appearing to be the exact same entitled, casual, golden boy as the one in the story (and that is giving him the absolute full benefit of the doubt).

Someone else may remember this better. The main upshot for me was that I could never stand the sight of him again.

Yes, please not this.

Well the blog - in particular the comments to the blog by a "Greg Miller" have been interesting.

The whole "win a date with Ed" didn't proceed apparently - though I'm still waiting on my answer as to why, and whether entrants got their money back. I believe it may have been illegal, though I'm not sure.

I believe they are trying to pull a "Logan Twins" victory.

The only shot we have of preventing it is to vote like mad for your favorite - JUST your favorite, no vote splitting. All their votes are going to Ed, if we split ours it dilutes them amongst the others and won't get Ed out.

He won't win. There's also a myth that Jamie didn't deserve to win. I actually quite enjoyed him on the show and so did many others. Plenty of people were happy and fine with him winning.

Ed though, does anyone care enough to vote for him?
