What was the point of Tully's interview?

I think when she was first evicted, they didn't want to give her any hard questions because they didn't know how she would react and it would be too overwhelming for her, but now that they can see that she's actually really great at interviews, they wanted to give her some tougher questions that lots of people were asking.
Just wondering what everyone else thought the reasoning was behind Tully doing the interview on tonight's show. They said it was to "set the record straight". I think she dug a bigger hole for herself. Please discuss![]()
I thought so too!! She awkwardly avoided answering a few of the questions she was brought back to answer, and provided no decent explanation for her initially downplaying her relationship with drew.

Pretty much... she seemed to be so normal emotionally with the eviction interview and ever since, tonight she seemed to be torn between thinking she was in a concentration camp, so her only "choice" was to hook up with Drew, then saying she thought about Tahlia, but was more focused on Drew, then saying she didn't realise the cameras would see everything (it's Big Brother - yep, it's super edited, but duh), basically confirming that she was cheating but thought she wouldn't be caught, and later saying Drew has "amazing lips" (or whatever gross sexual inneudo it was). Deplorable human being
It was so crap. All that pointless promos for nothing. I really thought she was going back in like Ray did last year after being evicted.
I guess it shows how much 9 knows. 10 would do that stuff weekly and multiple times as they'd have the evicted housemate come back on whatever their spin off shows were, as well as live noms with Gretel, then uplate with Mike as well as fnl.
When does 9 invite the evicted housemate back? Never! As they don't give bb the programming it deserves.

It's all rating bullshit. Points to note:
1- in her eviction interview she essentially wrote Drew off as nothing but a friend
2- In tonight's interview she talked about how things could maybe happen and she would have spent money voting to evict him so they could be together
3- when asked about her relationship with Tahlia she hardly seemed that bothered by being single did she! Nasty nasty nasty......she even smirked about it. Horrible character
4- who are these fools following her on twitter? What pearls of wisdom is she sharing with the world?

Personally I think it was probably to distract us from thinking about Justyyn. Ever since the whole 'rumored' argument he had with Ed spread like a wild fire, Channel 9 had to cover their ass somehow. Had to distract us. Why wasn't there a Late Night Feast show this week? The rumor about Justyyn getting drunk and violent seems like the most logical explanation to believe.
How come they didn't invite the rest of the housemates for a special interview? It doesn't make sense that a couple of weeks after she was evicted, she's in the limelight again?
I don't think she's 'cleared' anything up, like you, I think she's digging the hole deeper for herself. She knew she was cheating on Tahlia. She openly admitted to that. The interview was boring, the only 'positive' thing I can say about it is that Tully was honest... somewhat.

Correct - she basically showed herself up for being a cheater and not giving a fuck about her ex. 'The balls in her court' wtf did she mean by that???? How insulting to Tahlia ....as if she hasn't insulted her enough already.
I hope your enjoying your freedom Tahlia. Your probably feel like you have come out of a brain washing cult

What did you want from her, to cry, so you could complain about it?
She didn't have to answer any questions, it was good of her to do it. If people like you are still not happy, too bad.

And honestly the whole 'bear versus shark' question ..... What a ridiculous way to try and cover the cheating stuff and then change off the topic. The more I watch the more disappointed I am but sometimes it's like a car crash and I can't help but look
She didn't choose the questions...

You are incredible, ONE question other than her personal life and you complain.
She did answer about her relationship with Tahlia and Drew.

You may be right - the who Justynnn thing made it clear that the BB crew were happy for rumours to go "viral" and offered no defense of Justynnhe, the eventual denial was taken as confirmation. And yes she "cleared" nothing up, and I don't think people were wanting anything cleared up, and a lot of people actually thought maybe Tully had been done an injustice in her editing on the show, but tonight she showed she probably received a good edit. I didn't know it was possible to be that self absorbed

It wasn't 'good of her' she loves the spotlight.
No I didn't need her to cry. I have NEVER wanted her to cry. But she could have even pretended like she gave a fuck about the person she had been in a relationship with for 2 years who she supposedly loved more than ever because she always loves people more than they love her (her words!). She could have shown some humility about her actions or remorse or consideration for her ex or said one thing about how she was upset that someone else was hurt by her actions or basically have done anything to make it known she has some small smidgeon of her character that cares about anyone other than herself. ........ Something like that would have been ok
She didn't choose the questions...
I am happy to know that she has a lot more friends than haters. It is true that the hate is here and in FB. Outside she is loved.
I thought she was great tonight. The Tully I know she is, lovely and well spoken girl.
I will restrain myself from answering some people here, because it is not real here, and nothing can stratify some of them.
