How great would it be if Boog and Drew got a little showmance going and Tully crashed the party and busted him for cheating on her...
 
Naawww Jade saying she'll play nice. Of course she will. She's the most intrinsically decent and nice person there. It pains me that the Ed obsession is actively encouraged, although I'm sure she'd continue without it also).

I think it's doing well enough now for Channel 9 to at least consider bringing it back another year, but I know what you mean and I agree. Channel 9 have a very different expectation for this format than we do, and it doesn't service it well. Channel 9 is the network of fake smiles - glossy and superficial.

I think 9 will at least want to try out a celebrity season before they ditch the format - they did it with the Apprentice successfully. If they think they can increase the ratings by throwing a few "celebrities" in the house, they will. I expect Big Brother will be back next year to some extent - even if it's for a 3-4 week "celebrity" edition.

I don't know if any Australian network is capable of doing Big Brother the way we'd like to see it done anymore, but I'd at least like to see channel 10 have another go at it - with the current state of their network, I think they'd be the most willing to give Big Brother the room it needs to thrive.
 
Has anyone said anything how they offer the beds? "Oh girls! You can have this bed I'm standing on over here, or if you prefer, the one Mr Clooney is dragging his ass across over there! TAKE YOUR PICK!"

Thinking exactly the same, he couldn't be less interested if he tried. Jade's eyes are full of skyrockets and rainbows she can't see what's right in front of her even when it's glaringly obvious to others.

The only problem is when Channel 10 had it it wasn't a great station and could do a 24 hour and weekend.without hinderance.on regular programs that already rate well.
