Ed's Obsession with Tim??

Ok, so Ed is a deadset prick - but what is up with this obsession Ed has with Tim. It's worse than Jade's obsession with him. It seems to be all he is focused on or talks about. Everyone pretty much knows how Tim operates & it's not malicious. So, why does Ed have this obsession & think Tim is SO horrible? What got him started on it? Why does he talk to everyone about it all the time & act like he's in major military tactical talks when he does? And what do you think he really believes he's going to do about it, since he hasn't done anything thus far except bitch?
 
I have no idea really. I hope someone can provide some insight. I think the bitching started with Heidi and Ed right after he put himself up for eviction. They might have been jealous of his confidence cos they knew they would never put themselves up. I do think it stems from jealousy. Can't think of any other reason right now.
 
He said in the diary that he felt Tim was trying to come between him and Jade by puttind him and Jade down and make out they were awful people. Due to the PS incident.
 
I just want him to get evicted so he can see he wasted all his time trying to compete with him and turn people against him (if he didn't think he was competing with him he wouldn't be so obsessive) when he didn't have a chance in hell.
 
I think it really started with the fake birthday party. That all made them feel like idiots and was when they started to question Tim. Ed is the only one left standing of that group. To be honest, Jade is the only one that has called Tim out to face, asking weather he was doing things just to cause trouble (right around the time he saved her).
 
I want to see what happens when Ed's evicted on Wednesday!!
 
$250,000 is Ed's obsession with Tim ... they both want to win, but the vibe i get is that Ed seems threatened by Tim's gamesmanship, but ive never got a feeling of Tim ever feeling threatened by Ed ... pretty sure Tim knows that Ben is his main threat for the 250k

I was just about to say the same thing.

Mr Ed is as boring as they come, and i get a feeling he has a nasty little side to him, that he keeps under wraps, which is probably annoying him even more that Tim can out play him in every-way.
 
yeah Ed definitely has a gameplan also, but it's a more under-the-radar kind of approach, whereas Tim hides nothing, what you see is what you get, he makes no apologies that he's playing the game, and he's doing it in a non-malicious and very entertaining way ... agree with you that Ed's approach isn't doing himself any favors

yeah Ed has an obssession with Tim and playing the game to win.
Drew told Ben the other day that when he spends time with Ed (they work out in the gym etc) that Ed mainly wants to just talk about Tim and game playing, where with Ben he can have actual conversations.

I have been saying this for so long and glad you started a thread on it. It's become a joke really. Even the hm's are making fun of it. Actually drew and tahan to be more specific. His please save me video was a joke as well, asking public to save him because he is genuine. Pfft no worries
 
No ed's obsession with Tim is that he no longer can hold back the deep sexual tension he one sided-ly experiences for Tim

He's fallen hard for Tim and rejection is just hurting him too much

I don't really get it as an obsession, but rather one of many points of "attack" for Tim. Tim also knows full well of Ed's obsession with him - he's been told by several people & even Ed himself, so Tim is right to plan for Ed's demise soon.
