Bens new job

So Ben has said on a number of occasions that he is unemployed, Big Brother gave him a job of being his helper in the house and he said after a day or two, I cant remember, he didnt want the job it was too hard.
If he didnt win Big Brother what job do you think would Ben be suitable for?

I haven't seen Derek (I assume it is a film about a guy who works in an aged care facility) but I could see Benny being really comfortable working in that environment and being kind and sweet to all the old biddies. He would have a lovely time.
