I find it very disturbing the way people treat Ben like a toddler and talk down to him as if he is incapable of functioning as an adult in the real world. It is incredibly restrictive to have everybody look down on him like a child and it's preventing him from reaching his full potential. He couldn't even cook his own vegetarian meals before he entered the house. Typical twitter comments like "Awww, Ben is so cute! How could anybody nominate him? *squeeee* ^_^" are just bizarre and disrespectful. He is a grown man, somebody to be respected and treated as an independent adult, not coddled and adored as if he were a baby. People treat him like he is incapable of handling adult emotions or situations, but I think that people treating him as such is the only thing standing in his way of doing so. I know that Ben wants what any person wants from life - love, happiness and success - but it makes it a lot harder to achieve that if everybody around you thinks you're mentally and emotionally incapable. People need to give him that chance.

So he is an arsehole for voting for someone you like? If he had nommed someone you dislike he would be great? Just because Jade thinks they are still friends doesn´t mean they actually are.
 
yeah Drew has really lost me.

he still has the most amazing eyes ever but the more i see of his personality the less there is to like.
 
In Ed's defense though it is a "double" so I can see what he was thinking. But now finally he can tell Jade he's not interested without actually saying it. brilliant outcome lol
 
i think eds decision was smart, now if the 3 are still up, then mikki, jades and sisters vote may be split leading to the sisters(?) going home, or maybe tahan might go?

No, he's an arsehole because he and Jade had/have a bond, it'd be the same if the sugar sisters turned around and voted for mik.

Watching a girl you liked a lot/interested in throw herself repeatedly at another guy, and watch her humiliate herself thus, and get repeatedly rejected - and your nothing.........
All I'm saying is there is a lot more to the Drew/Jade dynamic than we know, and I wouldn't judge either for having a strange relationship after the ruse they had to put on.

If they really had/have a bond he would never nominated her. Drew obviously sees it differently.

The girls will all be safe. And remember Ed doesn't know what the %'s have been so he has no clue each of those 3(4) girls have individually almost/more than tripled what his sorry ass got. He's hooped either way. If it were a real double eviction him and Tahan would be gone but alas it's not so you Tahan fans better vote your ass off. Producers obviously have a hate on for her this week between the Daily Shows and live feeds.

I know he's no dummy, I've posted about it several times that I think he's playing up this character for sympathy. Still, I think he wouldn't be too willing to break from his character and do anything too wild with any sort of power.

I'm still saying 2nd last week with Tim, Ben and either Jade or Mikkayla in third. Tully's not going anywhere and it's obvious Alex doesn't want her to. Moreso after hearing him call her one of the 3 interesting characters in that podcast, solidifying for us who the third core one was after Tim and Ben.
