im alot like ben in some ways i have severe anxiety and depression and other physical disabilities including Cerebal palsy scoliosis and possible ASD so i do have meltdowns and crying fits over silly things and im 34 but all mine are medically dignosed and imseeing a therapist to get some coping stratergys
