Drade - Still A Better Love Story Than Twilight

When Jade hugged him in the last ep he seemed distant and when she confronted him, he sat there staring straight ahead yet said that he would've felt 'weird' if Jade left. It's strange. He's really into Tully, hopping into her bed when he's supposed to be in the boys' room. But why do I get this feeling that these feelings are not genuine ? It just seems too unreal. I still remember the looks he used to give Jade. I felt kinda sad watching the Man Date video , lol. There was a clip of Drew kissing Jade's face, I think it was a clip from the earlier weeks. I so miss that Drew but it's like he's completely gone. I don't see any hints of his old behaviour at all. He's like a new person.

I felt so bad for Jade in the ep today. She tried to mend things with Drew and he just kept looking at Tully for approval during their conversation. As much as it pains me to say it I think Drade is over forever and ever. Jade tried but Drew's in too deep. It was sad to see Jade upset and crying in the diary room and feeling like she's lost the only close person she had in the house. What make it sadder was that she can't ever be normal with Drew anymore, when she was trying to hug him Tully was giving her the eye and Drew was looking at Tully for approval...It just makes me think like, what? you dont have a claim on him Tully and besides Drade were so much closer than Drully ever were...but it's vanished now for good :( Honestly no good trying to revive Drade. I want a new intruder for Jade. Don't even care if Tully leaves or not because I think that it won't bring Drade back anymore. Does anyone think there's a chance?

You've said it all. Even with Tully out of the House, he knows shes watching, Drew & Tully will definitely date on the outside. He isn't going to ruin that with Jade if they both stay and Tully doesn't.

When the majority of those who are voting Tully finally give up (as I should have done previously instead of voting to save her every week), making Tully leave hopefully it's while Drew and Jade are still in there he will then think who he's closest to, who he has most in common with and he'll properly join with Tim and Jade once again, instead of having to put bandaids on Tully all the time.
 
I found that show today very touching I really did. Jade and Ben's little chat nearly had me in tears. She really is feeling very isolated now with no obvious bestie in sight. Her confirmation that Drew has now literally gone from her was so sad. Breaking it down and looking at it from the start, while they were not in a relationship and purely were taking part in a task in the first week, the bond was formed, and for him it resulted in feelings. She on the other hand seemed to adore him as a friend, but for some inexplicable reason was like a heat seeking missile in her pursuit of Ed. I think Drew felt slighted, hurt, rejected, second best, all of those things.... every time Jade ran after Ed.

He quickly sought solace elsewhere and by God did he find it. Everything about his connection with Tully for me is negative. She knew well that Drew liked Jade, and yet inserted herself like a germ into that relationship until Jade was ousted out of the picture. It would have left a nasty enough taste had she been single... but to think she did this while having a partner outside is quite extraordinary. Drew has to take full responsibility for being one half of a liaison where a partner has been hurt and humiliated on national television.

In spite of his bond with Tully.... had he kept his friendship with Jade at the same status quo it always had been, he could have redeemed himself somewhat. However, it has been his now utter rejection of Jade for no apparent reason other than to either hurt her or keep his little rottweiler happy that has disgusted me most.

I admired her so much for making the attempt to talk it over with him... to let him see how hurt she was, and how she missed him and how she was willing to take part of the blame for her actions having had a part in the drifting of their friendship. The thing is she never every did walk away from him, she remained as loyal and devoted a friend to him as she always had been. His body language during that chat... his reluctance to even look her in the eye.... the stiffness of his gait... and not even reciprocating one inch when she went in to give him a hug. Honestly I wanted to throw something heavy at him.

Perhaps it may have been different had his guard dog not been only ten feet away giving them daggers. i wonder if he has a clue how he is coming across on the outside. How this guy in a matter of two weeks has gone from hero to zero is amazing. Ben, Jade and Tim for the final three for me..... Tim of course deserves to be handed the prize right now... no question, but how great would it be for Ben and Jade to be right there with him.
 
After seeing Drew true colours, I think Jade is too good for him. But I like how Jade acts towards him just to piss off Tully

I'm glad jade was not persuaded by Heidi's attempts to bitch about Tim. Tim has a genuine liking for jade too.

We have so many big personalities in the house. Jade is the quiet one there, but it creates a different dynamic which I like. She brings the more heartfelt conversations to the house and although she is not as loud as the others, there is something wonderful about watching someone find themselves.
 
i think drew would have a close bond with any woman who told him so!!

i didn't particularly like drew and jade, because she wanted ed and i felt sorry for drew, but i hope tully goes and has to watch drew slobber all over jade again. That would make me happy.

I would find it hilarious if Sulky is still in the house and they put in a hot female intruder who is exactly his type and gave her specific instructions to make Drew fall in love with her. Tully would go mental and it would prove that to him she is expendable and he really does just follow any female that smiles at him like Tim said.
 
yeah she clearly doesn't need to be hot ;)

i think it would drive her crazier to see him slobbering all over jade again....i think she was so jealous that the hot guy was hot for the hot chick and not interested in her, to see him go back to the real object of his affection would not make a happy tully
 
Can't believe what a losery friend he turned out to be! Losery! Yes, this is a new word dedicated to the moron that is Anthony Drew.
 
I hope he gets evicted on Monday just so he realises it's cause of his ridiculous actions. I know it's gonna be Heidi but there's heaps of time for her to leave. Drew should leave now. He's past his use by date!
 
and those 'sexy' looks he gives just look sleazy now. Specially since he seems to have stopped washing his hair altogether now he's glued to the Tullymonster. Oh.. and he's a sloppy drunk. Disappointing.
