Tully copping flack because she's a female?

I doubt that Tahlia has "moved on" already.

What she is doing is showing respect to Tully as someone I'm sure she still loves, and an incredible amount of dignity in a heartbreaking situation.

It's a shame that Tully couldn't show her the same respect.

Exactly. To me the tweet appears as if directed to the crazies on twitter sending death threats and is in no way a blanket "Don't worry you guys I'm totally ok with Tully cheating on me".

Her annoying as f*ck personality has NOTHING to do with her gender.. I think the reasons are pretty self-explanatory as to why people ARE getting/or are already sick of her shit.
She has some very ugly, shifty and vindictive traits & many people cannot stand her pathetic sobbing any longer. And that's why I want her mug OFF my tv screen.

I'd say it's less about dignity and more about publicity. Tahlia likely knows a lot of people are watching to see her reaction as well.

It's as though you have some special power of writing my thoughts!!!

Yeah I agree. She mentioned a little while ago on twitter about NW magazine "quoting" her and taking things out of context.

I hate how people suggest everyone is hard on Tully because she is a female, and a guy wouldn't cop as much in the same situation... If a guy was as unlikeable, moody, nasty, overly emotional and attention seeking as Tully, and then cheated, he would cop the same amount of criticism.

Thank you

No, physically he is hot and I thought he was great at first, he's a little bitch for going along with it. He gets less hate because:
1) He's single
2) He has previously displayed some likeable personality traits (unlike tully)
3) He doesn't make everything about him

So he gets disgust for his immoral behaviour, sure. But he is not as hated as Tully NOT because he has a penis, but because he is, in fact, less hateable.

They are both tarnished. Tully more so as she is actually in a relationship. But Drew as well. I wouldn't be OK with any of my friends dating someone who has a partner and using the excuse 'oh well it's not me that's doing the cheating' .....bad form on both their parts

And I agree Tully is also less likeable in general because of all her other personality traits. Being disloyal is just an addition to the existing laundry list of bad behaviours

A. Tully was the only one committed to anyone and the only one who broke that promise, Drew didnt promise anyone anything.
B. Was a dog act by Drew to go there but its not his responsibility to keep that promise if Tully makes the choice not to.

I think its a disgrace to carry on the way they did. There is no excuse, you close the door before opening another, its just the right thing to do. But it was Tully's choice to make and she made it. It was never Drew's choice to make, he was just an idiot for sticking around.

I lost respect for Drew and am no longer a fan (such a shame, he is so cute lol). But Tully is the one responsible for the actions she took. She is the one who cheated.

I am one of those people who hate when a guy cheats and the chick hates the other woman and blames her?? Sorry but that chick didn't promise you nothing, you should blame the person who owed it to you to not mess around with someone else. Its too easy to blame the other person but honestly yeah it takes two to tango but one person in the dance is meant to have more of a reason to get off the dance floor.

Yes what Tully has done was awful to her GF but it takes two to tango and Drew needs to man the fuck up and realise that he is messing around with a taken woman.

There are a lot of girls on this forum and like I often say "all women secretly hate each other" so it seems like they are all placing the blame solely on Tullys shoulders, whilst simultaneously ignoring the fact that Drew is very much involved in the relationship the two have formed in the house.

Well said. She and Tahlia have been together for two years and in less than 30 days she is in love with someone else. I do not need to know the ins and outs, understand the background or what has been edited out, bottom line she cheated and disrespected her partner on national television.

I'm obviously behind in my forum reading because from what I can tell most agree that BOTH are in the wrong, and its just that Tully (who was in the relationship and already a proven annoyance) is considered the worst.

There are two rotten apples there

I feel the same way. Totally. In fact, years ago, when it did happen that my (now ex, obviously) gf cheated on me, I couldn't work up a hate for the woman she cheated with. I'd known her previously and my feelings of 'meh' towards her remained 'meh' but with added 'pffft', because it was my partner that I was focussed on with my disappointment.

And, Tully's Hot Seat response that Tahlia would be ok with everything she's done with Drew, sarcastic or not, did not make her any more endearing to anyone.
