not to mention she publicly announced she fancies Ed, during their hot seat task. part of what drew did was kind like revenge to me. did you notice tim seems to switch team, he is hanging out with the other boys, or is it just me seeing things?
 
I am a Drade fan, love seeing them together. I think they are a good match and bring out the best in each other.

I dont like Tullys effects on Drew. Hoping thats all it is and this new Drew isnt in fact the real Drew shining through. I want to see Tully go so I can see if it is just her effects or not.

angel you seem really sweet and i would love for this "new" drew to be fake...but for me if he goes back to being wonderful it doesn't mean much. To me he has shown what he is capable of and i wish he was still sweet but being tully's lap dog is not appealing to me...going back to being "nice drew" once she isn't around doesn't mean much...too late for me....but i hope you are right and it is just a lapse of judgement.
 
I think he might really like her, If that's the case I will make my mind up then. For now I am sitting on the fence. If he really likes Tully, he may really not want her to go and is acting out of desperation. I am leaning towards righting him off all together but I do try to see the good in people and I saw a deep vulnerability in Drew. When he was talking to BB and Bb asked him what is the biggest thing you have learnt being in the house and he answered something along the lines of to find that people really can care about me and in return I am able to care about others more. That sounded to me like maybe in the past he has had reason to believe people couldn't care about him. If that is the case and he was upset that Jade didnt want him and then Tully swoops in and sweeps him off his feet.

I dont know if that even makes sense, I am so tired. lol To sum it up I think that Drew got emotionally invested in the 'marriage'. As a result he was hurting and lost when he lost it. He felt like he didn't have a place in the house and nothing to offer and while he was vulnerable Tully grabs him and has taken him on a ride. I think he may be scared of her leaving and him being without a place again and is acting out of desperation because he knows (thinks, I think the plan might be to set the jade, tully fans against each other and result in Calab or Ed leaving while everyone is concentrating on saving the girls. If Tully does go he wont be upset either) that Tim is trying to get Tully sent home. He is trying to make everyone else look bad (Jade included) to try to save Tully.

If he was a vulnerable girl who had low self esteem, loved too much, too easily and had just had her heart broken you could see this kind of thing happening. Just because Drew is male doesn't mean its not possible.

I am waiting to place judgement on him until I work out what the reason behind the change is. I still think him and Jade would make a good couple, do I think he deserves her? Possibly not now but like Jades blinders when it comes to player Ed, maybe a mistake has been made and I dont think its 100% off the table yet.
 
I hate that I didn't find this place back at the start. I loved watching them "married". I thought it was cute how they even had moments in the room without anyone watching. They were so well suited, it was so natural for them to be together and I thought for sure BB had hit the nail on the head with them. I wasn't happy with Jade afterwards. I have to be honest, I thought she would be the one hooked by the end and she would be the one hurt at the start but I saw him falling as the days passed and knew it would be the other way around. Cant believe she wants to be with Ed. I don't see what the big deal is, he is a player and not even a nice guy, I hate how girls like Jade go for the not nice guys and are forever getting hurt by the types (I cant talk, I was one of them, finally got myself a real keeper but it took me long enough). She was better off staying with Drew. Just thought I would throw that in there since I saw the gifs at the start and had another awww moment. haha
 
I'm not sure that she would've been better off with Drew now. He's no better than Ed at the moment. I just caught up on the Friday ep and when Jade came to give Drew honest advice as a friend he was quick to defend Tully and her behaviour saying 'she's just fragile'. Yet in the same ep when Tully went up to Drew and said that Tim is manipulating people that are 'stupid like Jade' Drew was like 'I know' and agreed. Didn't defend her at all. I am so over Drew and his behaviour. Jade is not stupid, she just has a big heart and sees the best in people. Drew should know better than that.

I agree. I was disappointed with that. Jade has been nothing but a good friend to Drew in there, would never say a negative thing about him, and at the moment thats not being reciprocated as it should. He has been taken over by a she devil.... and her name is Tully. Its been quite extraordinary to watch really. Tully obsessively watched Jade and Drew when she was on the other side of the fence, interrogated him over and over about what was going on, GOT OUT OF HIM that he really liked Jade, confirmed in a conversation with Ben about people being already coupled up, like Jade and Drew, Caleb and Matthew, AND STILL went in for the kill, and inserted herself like a virus into that friendship. One thing I will say is...... he would sleep in the bed NEXT to Jade and never quite make that automatic move to get in with her, while he had Tully at his side in the same bed in a flash. In all honesty I see this as a real sign of who he has feelings for deep down, and its not Tully. There's no risk in having Tully next to him, its just company and comfort, but Jade is a different kettle of fish. I think progressing to sharing a bed with would be an emotional move and his protective inner walls are still up.

Jade's conversation with the girls in the kitchen about Drew and Ed was very insightful. Thank God she realises she will never lay eyes on Ed the moment she leaves the house, and how touching that Drew reminds her of her dad. Unfortunately he also reminds her of her ex, but you cannot tar a separate human being with the same sins as someone else. Everyone has to be judged by their own actions and no one elses. I see hope here.... I really do, there is such potential for these two to COP ON that they would be great together if only Tully and Ed would VANISH, Tully particularly.

That video definitely put some things in perspective, namely: a lot of people judged Jade for not seeing what was right in front of her (Drew) and going after someone who didn't even like her (Ed) - but that video showed that she purposefully distanced herself from Drew after their sham marriage was revealed because she didn't want to rub her relationship with Ed in his face (which turned out to be non-existent but I digress), and that she wanted him to be able to enjoy his time with and without her. It was interesting that even Jade recognised that if Tully was out of the equation again, then her and Drew would reconnect.

Here's hoping that Tully's name is read out on Monday night!

I agree. I still remember how Drew would stare at Jade from a distance and would only go next to her and initiate a back massage or something if she asked for it, but he'd stare at her until she would say something to him. Lol! I can't see Drully being more than a friendship especially knowing how Drew acted around Jade - his eyes don't even light up the same way around Tully. We all can't forget those looks he gave Jade. Just look at the avatar pics [MENTION=34842]rachael92[/MENTION] puts up, I don't see scenes like that with Tully haha. However, the whole choosing Tully over Jade thing baffled me and I don't know if he was upset with Jade and the Ed situation and said that out of resentment towards Jade or whether he's lost all feelings for her.

When they were laying in bed together in week one and Jade had her eyes closed, and Drew was staring at her like 'I can't believe I get to fake kiss you, you gorgeous thing'...... I squealed so damn hard. I watch that clip like once every few days just to remind myself of that beautiful moment.

Ugh I love those scenes :) I also love the first page of this Drade thread cause they were so darn cute when they met and Drew told others that he was mesmerised when he first met her. but I can't bear to watch/see stuff like that at the moment knowing that Drade is in a rough patch LOL. I miss how they were! It's ridiculous that Drew is on one end of bedroom 1 with Tully and Jade is farrr off in the complete opposite end with Heidi.

There were a heap of moments like this, even when no one else was around. <3

I hope Tully goes, I dont normally vote (have not voted once since my fav went the logans year) but I voted for all but Tully, a few times and jade a few extra's.
 
I think if Tully wasn't there it'd give Jade and Drew a chance to deepen their friendship.. and I think that she'd learn to trust that he wasn't her ex. I think this is what held her back. Pity we couldn't have Ed and Tully thrown out in the same week :)
 
It would be nice to see Jade and Drew spend time together and get their friendship back on track once Tully has gone, but it'll also be nice to see Drew spend more time with other housemates, without Tully always being by his side. Dark cloud be gone....
 
Drew was the one to comfort Jade after Jasmins farewell message the other day, and they still had some fun/flirty times together this week ...
I still think they have a friendship but arent as close due to situations happening in the house.
