Guys, what you have to understand is, Tully is rully rully rully upset. And that's because she's an empath and she's so unselfish and she rully rully cares about the other house mates, she's not thinking about herself, she's just hurt and upset for others because she's so unselfish and she's upset that the others didn't get their fizzy drink.

Tim said he wanted all the HMs to act like horses and carry him around the yard, yet we only saw Mikkayla bend to his will. Was there anyone else?

Probably. Not enough time to show all of them doing it though and why would they? It would be pretty boring viewing.
