I am actually going to try that for tomorrow nights dessert, have you tried it yourself?

I am a HUGE dessert fan, tonight I am having a sort of healthy version of apple crumble.

Hey while we are on the subject of food, since Melbourne, I have become obsessed with improving my cooking skills and being a little more daring in the kitchen. Have any of you got a good curry recipe? I had a vegetarian vindaloo while I was in Melbourne and it was simply divine. It was aromatic and deep in colour, almost a deep red and I can't find anything that looks even close on the interweb. I am looking for any good recipe which has been tried and tested, so please share.

Oh I've made it alright! I'd make it once a week last winter, but we would double it, cook it in a bowl for about 3 mins 20 seconds (we've got a fairly new high powered microwave) pile up some icecream on top & dig in! Nothing brings a family closer then fighting over chocolate cake & ice cream ;)

And that's pretty much were my talent in the kitchen ends. Can't help you with your vindaloo search sorry.

If you like lentils, I can dig up a really good dhal recipe.

Let me try again, given that I SO love to brag it must be said that last night I made my first ever attempt at naan bread, and it was AWESOME!!!!

I demand more clapping giffers!

When I return today I expect to see creative applause dammit!
