Hello Chicken Nuggets!

I have sat in here for 2 and a half hours and done nothing but interact with a bunch of friends I don't know, talking about a reality show that doesn't matter.

Time to hit the gym and get this day under way.

Good luck on the cup, I don't often give a hot tip, so when I do, get on.

Precedence for the win!
 
Sitting in doctors thank god for smart phones. 1. Good thing about knowing specialists you get appointments quickly 2. Bad thing about knowing specialist they expect you will wait forever... Have not had enough caffeine
 
I'm supposed to be facing my house, just got home from playgroup. Some how I got paint on the back of my neck.
 
Wow I'm so negative in here today, a positive I got a free coffee at near by coffee place :)

I am a bit negative and grumpy today...not for any particular reason...so I will be quiet :)

thanks for asking mutley ... not really. I have some worse than other times, and it just makes me grumpy when things don;t work. It is not life threatening, and I just have to suck it up.

No more grumps today...cause I won :)
But, having looked at a video of the rehearsals for the bb finale.........prob not going to watch. Saw some heads, and some moving mouths, I don't want to ever see or hear again :))) example ...sarah ewwwww

No, was careful with that....but I have arthritis through spine hands neck and just about everywhere else !!! it pains and it stings and I am not going to whingeeeeeeeeeee...too much :) the panadine forte only works so much , and when it doesnt ...well you can imagine. Bad when you cannot touch anything because it stings and hurts . No more from me on it :)

first and a second ?...so good result.

Thats awful :( Im sorry you having to deal with that must be very frustrating, especially when taking stuff and having breakthrough :( Do you goto pain management, is there much they doing long term?
