Estelle may be nice, but I also find her very strange and annoying. So many of the things that Estelle does would frustrate me and annoy me in real life so I can clearly see why the Housemates are annoyed by her. When Stacey was doing that funny dancing for the blue team during the Red vs Blue task and Estelle got up and did it, I can not stand in real life when somebody does something funny and someone else gets up and tries to repeat it. Her Gangstella/rapping personality annoys me a lot as well. So try hardish and lame. I also get sick of her saying how she is just being herself and everyone can trust her. Stop saying it Estelle and actually prove it.

I agree that Estelle is basically a weirdo. But she doesn't know that what she does and how she is is annoying people to the point where they really dislike her. One or some of the HM's should pluck up the courage to just confront her about it, then maybe she'll change for the better. I think deep down inside, she is just a very sad and lonely girl who grew up rough and is just using these quirky antics as a mask to hide her insecurity and to protect herself from getting hurt. She needs to realize it doesn't help it just makes things worse.
Btw I'm really not liking the Estelle hate on some threads. Its completely unjustified and just reflects on the poster's bad character

Yeh the bitching group are hypocrites, they say they aren't trying to win, say the others must be bitching like themselves anyway, say they never act strange to entertain themselves or for the audience etc.
There isn't much to talk about on Big Brother so I guess they just end up talking about other HMs, but ultimately this bitching group aren't that funny or interesting, and I definitely don't think they are as intelligent as they think they are. All they do is reveal their deep insecurity over what the gameplan of those outside their bitching group is. They feel they can't read them well maybe that is because they just haven't got to know them. They have been too comfortable in their own group which is why BB should have tried to split up their group through tasks ages ago. When they did with the red/blue task it was only half-hearted anyway.

Estelle's personality/ies is not one that I'd care much for but that doesn't give me or anyone else the right to bully her from afar (i.e. sniping via gossiping/bitching and a general condescending tone when speaking to her) or make her feel excluded and intimidated to be herself.
Ben fans inability to see this simple concept is what truly frightens me about them. To them Estelle is an idiot/weirdo for not fitting in with a bunch of superficial vapid bores and because she's unwilling to change to be accepted/tolerated by these buffoons she deserves everything she gets.

Some serious contradictions in this thread! We have claims of a channel nine conspiracy to show Estelle in a good light by supposedly hiding the annoying horrible things she must do to make the others dislike her, yet we have those on here who dislike her pointing out all the things we have seen that would annoy them and that they understand the feelings of those who constantly bitch about her behind her back. So are we seeing her supposed annoying side or aren't we? Can't really have it both ways.

To me, this is just frustration that somebody they thought would be gone early is not gone at all. In previous years, with vote to evict, the housemates could target someone, paint them in a bad light, and more often than not the viewers would go along with the general consensus and vote to evict that housemate. Now, with vote to save only, it doesn't work that way. Excluding someone, bitching about them etc, can really mobilise people who like the target of that behaviour to vote to save. I know for me, I have liked Estelle from early in the series. When I see the way some of the other housemates treat her, especially the so-called cool group, it's a friendly reminder that more votes are needed, although I would be voting to save her anyway.

What has Michael got to do with anything of this? I hate Michael as well, cool, lets move on and get back on topic. In regards to your first comment that Estelle has proven it, how has she proven it?? Just because she is a kind and nice girl doesn't mean she is automatically a person you trust. I know lots of nice people but I don't instantly trust them. They would have to earn my trust.

Did I say I liked it? No I was just stating that not all Housemates had a problem with her sillyness and can understand her letting off some steam. It was good that she had someone come in at that time who didnt care that she behaved like that as a lot of them were being quite nasty and very primary/high-school-ish to quote you, by excluding someone from the cool group, which I personally find more sickening to watch.

When I found out Estelle was going into the house, I said to my husband "she's going to annoy the shit out of the housemates" not because she's weird or odd etc but because she is always extremely positive, happy, loud and out going. These are by no means bad traits, but when you are stuck in a house, under a lot of pressure, it could get annoying having someone who is constantly happy. I know that if i was in a bad mood or just wanted some quiet time to think, someone jumping around, singing, dancing, and being crazy would piss me off and I would probably snap and say "shut up!" In saying that, I don't think this justifies the treatment that Estelle has received from her housemates! (Not to mention Stacey, Michael and Ben all act like children high on red cordial yet haven't been treated like freaks) I believe that Estelle got off on the wrong foot (talking over the top of people, which she has now stopped doing) and now she is simply their scapegoat. The housemates now just find any excuse to bitch about Estelle because its common ground between them all.
Ben and Michael target Estelle/Angie/Sam and Layla because they have a very clear game plan of removing the so called "weak" housemates.
Angie targets Estelle because she believes she is her main competition for Alpha female. (Layla, Zoe , Stacey) have all just nodded and agreed with anything Angie has said, but Estelle challenges Angie when she disagrees. I wouldnt believe ANYTHING Angie says because she is clearly very manipulative and bias toward Estelle.
Zoe, Layla and Stacey simply follows the trend of the house or the conversation, That's why we constantly see them contradicting themselves.
Like when Ben was talking to Stacey in the bathroom a few weeks ago and Ben said he really liked estelle but could see why people didnt like her and Stacey said "really? I can't see what people find wrong with her?". Or when both Zoe and Layla said that they never gave Estelle a chance and disliked her based on Angie's comments but had since realised that they get on really well with her.
Personally I'm happy that Estelle is so outgoing and quirky, otherwise she would be extremely lonely and depressed after the treatment she has received. Just look at the way Angie has acted latterly and she hasn't receive even half of the negativity that Estelle has.

Your so called massive post is to the point and truthful.
I don't think there are many people that could take what Estelle has had thrown at her.
It's always easier if you have a friend to lean on, hence why so many HMs have formed little clubs.
Estelle is working it on her own and doing a wonderful job but I do notice the others in their little clubs starting to show a few cracks.
Perhaps fake friends are not worth a pinch of salt, the only friend Estelle needs at the moment is herself.
I think she will be totally amazed at the support she is getting from all of us.

People like Estelle because despite everything she is strong, and does not let people hurt her. Which in itself just frustrates the bullies. It would just be the icing on the cake if she ended up winning
