I did find it interesting his comments that he made in the diary room to Big Brother about Ben, being in the group with Michael and Stacey and then Zoe tagging behind. Then there were the times where he would go off and have one on ones with the others.
There's also this (and he's right again about what is going on in the kitchen)...

Estelle moves from the Kitchen to the Bedroom where she finds Sam and discusses her last hour or so of conversation.
“I don’t trust my Housemates” Sam offers to her.
“You know you can trust me” she responds, Sam explaining that he’s simply aware that certain groups talk and gossip a lot.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if Ben says something to Michael now” he adds, reflecting on Estelle having just left the Kitchen.

Sam has it in for Ben.
Sam is now trying to get Estelle on side.
More power to him!!!
Yeah, I remember him saying to Bradley he didn't see the show beforehand so he knew nothing and I trusted that as he didn't give any feedback about what he thought of them beforehand.
Whereas Ava did say she had seen some of the show and gave some brief thoughts to BB before she met them herself.

Sam watched the show before he went into the house & knew what the HM's were like.

This is exactly why intruders should be in sequester before entering the house. I don't think it is right for them to have inside info about the HMs that the others don't get - esp. when they are already getting an X week pass without being up for eviction. Perhaps this unfair advantage is perceived by the other HMs and that is why they are evicted so quickly.

I'm not sure, but I think this is the whole point of the concept of an "intruder".I don't think it is right for them to have inside info about the HMs that the others don't get - esp. when they are already getting an X week pass without being up for eviction. Can't there be an intruder in the sense they intrude on the house mid-season but don't know the inner workings of everything/everyone?
Whether claiming to have no info or not his part of his strategy. It is a benefit he is allowed to have.
It was nice to have someone on the show acknowledge ben is talking shit and doesn't give a crap.

Perhaps, but I would think in your scenario every intruder in any series would get voted out at the first opportunity. They get to look at housemates beforehand to somewhat balance the massive disadvantage that they come into the house with. Also to inject or create some kind of plot narrative. That the audience can get interested in.Can't there be an intruder in the sense they intrude on the house mid-season but don't know the inner workings of everything/everyone?

I would have liked Sam to be in from the beginning. He could have won.
Quoted for truth.Sam watched the show before he went into the house & knew what the HM's were like.

That's the way it was in previous seasons Bunnie. Can't there be an intruder in the sense they intrude on the house mid-season but don't know the inner workings of everything/everyone?

Only series 2, and then the series where Aliesha won.
Series 2 had the intruders living off in some little house and it was voted on who should go in (believe they were Brodie and Kieran) Then the series where Aliesha won there was the white room and whoever could stand living in there longest was able to enter. Demet won that.
Every other intruder had access to the outside and it was up to them whether they watched the show or not. I remember Vesna did as well as Rachel in that series at least. They didnt much like dean from the outside and as soon as they went in Rachel basically picked a fight with him.
Then there was Nick who won the star bursts competition to go into the house that had Aliesha etc, and he didnt like Emma much on the outside and was going to do something about it, but he didnt do much, just said it in his goodbye message to the house.
I'm sure there's other incidents but its only been twice when intruders have been locked off from outside influence.

Wahoo!
You're forgetting BB2002 then. The six potential intruders were locked away in an "intruder house" at the same time the HM's went into lockdown, and later on half of them were voted into the main house by the public. Nicole was removed via the usual which-intruder-do-we-not-want setup, Brodie was nominated and evicted the first week he became a HM and Kieran lasted four weeks after he became a HM.This is exactly why intruders should be in sequester before entering the house. I don't think it is right for them to have inside info about the HMs that the others don't get - esp. when they are already getting an X week pass without being up for eviction. I've felt for a while now that Sam is very intuitive about people and reads situations very quickly, he has them all pegged. I wish we got to see a few more of his talks with BB.
He's got the best social intelligence there.

Yeah I've run businesses before (delicatessen etc) & he is exactly the sort of person you want as a business partner. Streetsmart, young & energetic. I would employ Bradley too.
The rest just look like a bunch of lazy losers. Bitchy bitchy bitchy, whinge whinge whinge.
