Is Layla losing votes with Sam?

Previously, Layla was my favourite. But it annoys me how she just ends it with George and moves onto Sam. Do you think she is losing a lot of votes doing this?

I think she is blessed!

I would drop my partner in a second to have the opportunity to bite Sam on the biceps!

He looks delicious!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^LOL ;)

She has with me. It's like, slow down woman! It's nice to sample the flavors, but it's starting to seem you're not able to function on your own.

I have disliked her from the start. It has nothing to do with the boyfriend jumping. Her dumbness, whining, screaming, and crying has annoyed me from the start

I was thinking the same thing during the whole episode yet. Every time Layla associated with Sam or spoke to other HM's in relation to him, I just felt that she was damaging her longitivity in the House more and more.

To be honest, I don't think it's a good thing. I see Layla as somebody who was generally well-liked among the general viewers, but something tells me that the more she pursues what she's doing sit Sam, she'll ruin those chances.

I mean, I can nearly imagine all those teenybopper girls not liking that she's "getting with someone" so soon after George either. You know how these girls think...

I think she is losing votes for a couple of reasons -

1) How quick she dumped George once Sam came in (despite knowing about George's feeling for his ex weeks before)

2) The dumb whiney act. "What's a straaaake?" "I don't like it" and any other number of thicko soundbites

Yep that's why she lost me...quite liked her up until last week...and her arguement with Angie was rather revealing as well...

I think this could be a vote winning strategy on the part of Sam, getting a storyline so that he gets on the tv screens and not forgotten by the public.

I have the feeling Sam is using Layla a lot more than she knows. Her own fault for being so quick to jump onto the Sam bandwagon and bed. He is not silly at all, and I would consider quite dangerous to be hanging onto. Example.... his asking Li Low Layla if all of the housemates liked him, or who didn't. Very telling. Couldn't happen to a nicer handbag.

Agree. I think Sam was aware of what was going on inside (and more importantly outside) the house, before he went in. At the time he went in, Layla was quite possibly THE MOST popular HM. So he made sure to hook up with her, most likely hoping that would ensure his safety in the house.

and I don't buy his claim that he never watched the show before going in either...and knew that before going in that Layla was popular with the public...suffice to say I'm not a fan of either of them...

Yep. And the fact that Estelle and Angie had been or close to nominations. Only left Stacey, and she does not look quite his type. I figure Li Low Layla is just perfect as the bunny. :)
And, she probably deserved it to be truthful.

Sam is playing this hard. He could not think twice about this scrag on the outside.

He also asked Layla what the others thought of him. He's a pro BB performer.

I agree.

When she said everyone loves you, he wasn't expecting that he wanted to know who could nominate him etc, so he could have the upper hand.

Have to say I agree with you totally.
Maybe li low should read my there is no cure for stupid. She is going to come out of this playing the VICTIM. I think that is something that has served layla well over time.
The longer she is in, the more she shows her true self and manipulating ways. Nothing too terrible, just unpleasant.

First she snuggled with Michael (no kissing just snuggling), made a bee line straight to George when it was revealed he was a millionaire (right from the start she knew how George felt about his ex) and then Sam enters and before you can blink George is given the flick and Sam becomes the new kissing/cuddle buddy. I think she is anything but dumb - she playing the the whole ditzy persona to a t. Before the blow up with Angie and giving George the flick she went to every HM to state her case and more or less get them on her side - all very subtley done of course. Maybe the way she carried on with nominations and then more or less revealed to Angie that she didn't vote for her just might get people (HM's and public) to become a bit annoyed with her now. :)

Why would she change what has probably been a winning formula for getting what she wants all of her life ?

I definitely think Sam is playing the game. He knows what he's doing and makes his moves carefully.

Yes i agree. Lala WAS my favourite but after hooking up with sam not anymore. She comes across as needy and i'm pretty sure if sam was out of the house he would not go for a girl like lala. Guys like that (fully up themselves, womanizers) tend to go for girls who are slim. He's just using her and that is obvious from the conversation they had when they first hooked up. She's making herself look desperate and stupid. Thought this girl was with michael when BB first started. They looked cute together and she probably would of won BB if she stuck with michael. I hope michael wins now, i feel sorry for the guy and i don't think he's ugly at all. He has good bone structure in his face.
