It's a bit perplexing to me how anyone could think that Ava was previously male.

Even with the slight male Asian build, you can still clearly see a sharp jawline, collarbones and shoulders sit differently and of course the main thing.....hips!
Ava has tiny shoulders, her collarbones are female (if you look at someone like Miriam's clavicles, you'll see what I mean) and she's got a bit of a booty on her.
