What is something you dislike about your favorite tv shows?

Inspired by the recent news about the lady Doctor, I thought I would ask people about what they dislike about their favorite tv shows.

For me I would have to say that sometimes Press Gang is too inconsistent in tone.

Every show has it's own quirks and faults, but something I don't like in any of them is :

Overuse of flashbacks, jump cuts and non-linear storytelling
Withholding information from the audience so we can't possibly work out what was going on until they tack it on later
(Overuse of) swearing
Intrusive music that is louder than the dialogue
Killing characters off for the hell of it
Dead characters not really being dead

Abominable laugh tracks - makes anything instantly unwatchable.
And every now and again, some shows I like that do not do laugh tracks - will suddenly have a season with the fakery clanging in your ears, ughh.
Doctor Who with that awful clown Colin Baker....unwatchable, they should throw him away somewhere, and he never shuts up.
He killed old Who, he should be silent.Don't like Pertwee either, another clown thinking he is James Bond, vaudville fool, 2 worts/worst (I like the wort typo) doctors ever.

The idea that just because something is sci-fi, gaping plot holes are somehow okay.

people vomiting onscreen
overuse of swearing
laugh tracks that have one person who laughs oddly or louder etc
on the news people having strange sad/solemn faces. same if they have a picture in the paper
too many ads and far too many for 'my budget' and the like
