  • davidhodis83While I suffer through the pain of shinsplints and blisters (which I blame on inheriting my mother's flat feet) I'm determined to push through and complete the City 2 Surf on August 9th. 2⃣
    What keeps me going is knowing the pain I am suffering is nothing compared to that of some of the children hospitalised each year at the Sydney Children's Hospital. If they have the strength to battle through some of the darkest hours then there is no excuse for me to give up.
    The money raised for the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation during the City 2 Surf will go to making the children's time in hospital more enjoyable and a little easier for the families as a whole.
    The money will also help bring in the latest technology and medications to hopefully prevent and cure children's illnesses across the board.
    This can't happen without your help. You may be lucky enough to go through life without needing the help and services of the Sydney Children's Hospital but many others won't. You don't have to give a lot, just what you can. Donate and know that you are making a difference.
