Is amyone getting a lot of ads at the top of the home page that I am sure weren't there a few days ago? Sorry, once you go into a thread, it's just under the thread title. I can get rid of each one as I see them but it's like getting porn on your work screen, they keep appearing no matter how fast or hard you try to get rid of them.

I was getting that a lot while on Mac devices and I think they started appearing after Tim renovated and moved the sub-forums around.

PC seems to be fine at the moment but yes, getting them too.

That time line sounds about right. Hopefully they'll vanish for good soon.
 
You could go through a travel agent. Not cheap necessarily but they do all the work, hence the pricier prices.
 
@JordanS if you are flexible with where you want to go try looking at sites like deals.com.au - they have local, interstate and international deals that are usually good value and some also include flights. It really depends what you're after but maybe going there for inspiration is a good start.

Looking more interstate I think.

I could book the flights and hotel separately I guess.
 
Well seeing as you ask... who has tips for insomnia from involuntary muscle contraction/tension. NOTHING WORKS. I think I am going to have to try and find a specialist. Does anyone here take GABA supplements? How long does it take for them to work?

I get jumpy legs especially at night and it keeps me awake.. it feels like my legs and ankles are aching. So frustrating. I've been taking magnesium for about 6 months now and have definitely noticed a difference. It happens less and less. I think it's been a few weeks since I last felt my jumpy legs now I think about it.

I am well thank you. Sorry you have insomnia, have never had it myself but it must be awful! I am lucky to get a chapter of my book read before I am out like a light every night. Hope you can find the answer to your problem. I drink, perhaps that's why I sleep well.
