Off Tahan

Tahan's whole "I can beat them" speech should definitely stay to herself more.. but I feel her pain. NONE of the girls seem to like her, and a lot of it is honestly because she's as attractive as she is. Sure, her personality isn't the easiest to get along with, but the fact of the matter is: they've ALL mentioned her looks being part of why they don't like her. They all do it slyly, in different ways. "She was flaunting herself"... I really just think it's a lot of jealousy. Jade is probably pissed off that Ed likes Tahan most looks-wise and seems to be close to her in general, as is Matt... her other wannabe boyfriend. I like Jade, but it's pretty obvious what her problem with Tahan is. I don't think Tahan ever really came after her.
No, I don't agree, and I think you're missing the vital key to their annoyance. It's not that she's pretty, it's that she's pretty and she knows it. She prances around like she's hot shit. She's in a staring competition with the mirror! No one likes arrogance, and especially not when it's about something that no one can help. She was born this way, and everyone else was born in their own unique way. Talking about how much better you are than someone else, based on something completely out of their control is a fucking douchebag move.

If she honestly thinks she is better than those girls then let her think it. I like that she is honest and doesn't hold back, it beats being a sheep.

She admitted to Matt when he told her that she was always looking at her image, not to admire herself but that she is always critical of how she looked especially her hair( her one pride) she did not deny it. She did not go into a hissy fit. I know a lot of you do not like Matt. I do as a matter of fact, for all his macho chauvinistic ways he has a softer side to him and he is like a bro to Tahan.

Completely agreed. To me, she's just as bitchy/mean/shitty as Heidi was, and had those rare moments of being hilarious, just like Heidi did. I'll be happy to see them both go.

This is true! Tahan is/was just as bitchy, loud & mean spirited as Heidi. But Tahan is very, very beautiful and Heidi isn't (although she does have nice features - eyes, button nose, flawless skin). Tahan is simply gorgeous on the outside. On the inside she is an ugly, nasty viper. And the names she called her so-called friends???!!! What a bitch!

You know Tahan's reasoning for thinking she can beat all the other girls is that she thinks she's better looking than all of them, she just doesn't want to say it out loud.

She's one of those chicks that's always like 'I get along better with guys because girls are so full of DRAMA' when in actuality, she's the one starting all the fucking drama

Yeah, exactly. She's beautiful on the outside, so she thinks she's better than everyone else?

If you keep that in mind, it makes her whole pageant idea pretty slimy.

The pageant was organized at the request of Big Bro. It was all in good fun, so why turn it into a Bitch Fest? Tahan even told the boys not to make her a winner but mischievous Tim and Drew rigged the results which didn't help the matter. Mikkayla has self image issues but why take it out on Tahan. Same with Jade. I reiterate that Tahan said that it was not all about beauty. It was meant to be for laughs unfortunately Mikkayla and Jade took it seriously. Initially Lucy was appreciative of Tahan's efforts but Mikkayla and Jade managed to change her mind. Oh well, if only they would lighten up and just enjoy their time in the house.

The pageant was Tahan's idea, it wasn't part of a task setup by Big Brother.

Does it matter, anyway? It was fun to watch if not for the bitching.
Yes, it does matter. It's evidence of the type of person Tahan is -- she thinks she's better than everyone else because she's beautiful, then she sets up a beauty pageant to prove that everyone thinks she's the most beautiful.

It was funny when she kept saying, I told you I didn't want to win. If only she knew Tim actually rigged it.
By the way, I read somewhere that they asked the public who should win and Jade won. lol

I just don't like her. Even when she realised that Sugar Sisters were actually really nice, she still couldn't bring herself to like them.

Indeed. And when she had to be the 3rd sister she just kept rolling her eyes and looked really bored - like they were beneath her. I would have so much more time for Katie & Lucy than I would for Tahan. Tahan is simply a mean girl. A bitch. She probably gets a lot because of her looks and hasn't had to establish herself as a human with good qualities.

As for her little cry in the Diary Room tonight about not having anyone. Well maybe she doesn't have anyone because she's a bitch?

SEEMS like that little giggly shoe from last night fits kind of funny on Tahan's foot~

I'm confused with Tahan. One minute she's laughing and making fun of people for crying and the next she's doing so herself. One minute she's saying things about people using their looks and other things are more important the next she's dressing to the nine's and trading on her looks to make herself feel better. She says she's honest, but sometimes 'honest' doesn't mean 'nasty'. Then she shows genuine concern for people and vulnerability and I find that endearing. She's probably the housemate I've been most up and down in how I feel about her.
