Day 45 Uplate

We join just before midnight tonight, which is just as well, because it’s “Patrice’s” birthday come midnight. I wonder if they will all sing Happy Birthday tonight, or wait until the party tomorrow night. Ooooh, that means an awesome Up Late tomorrow night hopefully!!

Anyway, hurry up Sports Tonight. They will actually be luck to make it by midnight from where I sit. 4 minutes left, and they are up to the ‘Play of the Day’. Here we go! Got there with two minutes to spare. Anoyone notice they took the Horror reference away from the MA rating. Only happened last night. Oh well, I probably find weird things. In the bedroom, Reggie doesn’t seem to be wearing much, Kim is giving her a massage. Mike welcomes us to the house, saying that the house have already given Pat a b’day massage, well the girls have anyway. Kim seems pretty good at what she’s doing, Patrick comes into the area, and uses the bathroom sink. Reggie says ‘hi Patrice’. Kim says that Reggie will have to keep her legs together so the camera doesn’t get any ‘breakfast’ shots! Kim seems to be rubbing on a HEAP of oil. Reggie says she has never had this done to her – she’s in heaven! She drags the towel down to cover her legs, and reveals her panties in the process, Kim says ‘Oops!’ Reggie says that Kim will hopefully rub away her Bready belly bug. They are using different names – Kim is called Sally. Trying to pretend they are in a salon or something I suppose. Reggie says the problem is where she is staying at the moment, there isn’t much food. They have a great laugh after this. Oh, we saw a bit much there then! Reggie says that hopefully they’ll be able to buy “Crunchy flake things’ so she doesn’t have to eat bread.

We cross over to the round bedroom, where Patrick, Jamie and Chrissie are talking. Daniel is also lying on his bed. Jamie says that because they are here 24 hours a day, they know so much, compared to the audience, and yet, they (sitting there in the bedroom) don’t have a clue about what is happening over in the kitchen at that moment. Presume Saxon, Jo and Vincent are over there. Jamie and Chrissie both agree that they would hate to get out and discover that someone in the house isn’t genuine. They don’t think there is anyone like that in here though. Jamie is explaining that when he decided to come out, he decided to change his outlook totally, and live with no regrets from that time on. He again tells Chrissie that his father wanted to put a PS on their Christmas cards, telling family and friends that Jamie was gay. Mike cuts in again, saying that we are watching “Chrissie’s Corner!” He plugs the OS, before crossing back to the bedroom. Kim comes into the room and says “Now would anyone else like to see Sally.” Jamie asks if thats a nice way of asking for Sex! Once they understand, everyone declines.

Chrissie says that getting an intruder coming in now via the emergency door would be the scariest thing she could ever experience. Reggie is trying to get her robe working, saying she never wears it, and judging by the way she is having trouble tying it up, she’s right. She says “F*** it, I’m taking it off” after all that. Ah, Reggie!

Saxon! He never stops talking this boy. As I thought, it’s Sax, Jo and Vincent in the kitchen. They are trying to figure out what week they are in, and perhaps what day it is. He says it if keeps going the way it’s going there will be four left at the end, and if they are asked to evict one of the intruders, there will be two left. God knows how they came up with that. Strange they don’t mention a double eviction – surely they realise that one is coming somewhere soon. Saxon says he would to know who does the phone voting – the outside company that controls it. He would like to know all about it. Jo is apparently a bit peeved cause her teeth are getting ‘too white.’ Geez, call the doctor! She says she needs some bottled water, but doesn’t know if BB will give it to her cause it seems he is favouring. Saxon says it’s a medicial condition, and they talk about white spots appearing on the teeth or something. Maybe there is something wrong with them. Comm break.

Back with Mike, who runs through the first brain teaser. To the kitchen we go, where incidentally, Saxon has his foot on the table or something, and Jo is massaging it or something weird. Ewww. Vincent is looking on, but is not saying much at all. Vincent gets up and leaves, saying he will go and read. Jo is not happy with this, saying that he isn’t himself. His heart is breaking, no bloody wonder!! Jamie comes over as Vincent leaves, to get his water bottle. He tells the two of Kim giving massages over in the bedroom, and Jo gets him to stay and chat with them for a while. Jamie gets himself and Jo some water. Sax asks perhaps the dumbest question of his laugh, saying to Jo “Have you seen Basic Instinct?” Jo again mentions that ever since she was 10, she was told not to use tap water, use bottled water instead.

Saxon can reel of anyone who is in the house, including people who left, and their birthdays. He is actually pretty good at it. In the middle of this, comm break.

Back with Mike yet again. He gives a hint for the first teaser, and then tells us that the new task is a Quizmaster Task. Housemates are called to the diary room to answer questionds – they aren’t going very well. Suprise Suprise, we return to the Kitchen! Nah, I love watching Saxon drool over Jo. Jo mentions that Leah had the scariest ghost stories. Jamie says that his parent’s country house is quite scary, if he is alone down there, he won’t look in mirrors, and tends to stay near the front of the house and keeps the stereo on loud. Jamie says he loves going to the Old Melbourne Goal and it’s night tours. Saxon says he would like to do that, cause he doesn’t get scared. Saxon reveals a story about how one night he was with a few mates, and some kind of witch, scary looking guy, scared the crap out of them by telling them what they were thinking about. Comm break, pretty boring conversation, hope they head to the bedroom after the break.

Catherine wins the $1000 for tonight, and got woken up after she rung through, cause she fell asleep. Lets hope she can remember what it was. She does. Good work, Mike goes onto setup the second game, but Catherine thinks that Jo is going on Sunday. Anyway, back to the action, and the kitchen, damnit! Jo is talking about Simpsons again to Saxon. Jo finds an episode that Saxon hasn’t seen! Jo seems to be like a TV addict. She is off work till she goes back, without pay of course. She is getting people to tape all of her favourite shows for her. Saxon asks if they are getting paid to be in here. Jo quickly says that they can’t talk about it. Jo is losing money from being in here, and Jamie is making money. Lots of beeping out, before they decide to cross to the square bedroom, where it is quiet. Reggie is in bed, and Vincent is on top of his bed reading. Kim is also in bed reading, and my TV is losing it’s reception…..let’s hope it’s going to be ok for the rest of the night. Mike says that they can’t show the other vision over in the kitchen, so they have to cut to the exciting stuff in the bedroom. He goes through the nominess names and phone numbers in the meantime. Allowed to go back to kitchen now. They are talking about Uni. Jamie says he had an exam today, and an exam on Friday. Comm break.

Mike gives a clue, and encourages us to but Claire’s eviction legacy items. Back to the kitchen, Jo asks Jamie if he wants a family. He says he would love to have a little baby in his arms, but he seems destined to just be an uncle for his sister or other family members. A lot of beeping out again. Sax asks if his name is James or Jamie, asking whats on his license. He goes to pull out his wallet haha, and then says it’ Jamie. Saxon says he lost his wallet just before he came into the house, or something like that. Jo has been to Dreamworld lots of times. They are talking about tolls, and Melbourne having the E-Tag system. Saxon doesn’t understand it. Jamie doesn’t have one (neither do I!) Sax is complaining how there is no way to go around some tolls in Sydney, and then says that when people finish painiting the Sydney Harbour Bridge, they have to start again. Jo says she is scared of heights. They go back to the Simpsons again, talking about the Bette Midler episode (was on just the other night actually!), for Krusty’s comeback. Jo says that she doesn’t think there is an episode she hasn’t seen. Comm break. Jusr thinking I wonder how long they would keep the vision on them if they started talking about another show, on a different network, in depth…

Mike does his usual stuff. Back to the kitchen, where they are talking about Sax’s great grandmother, who they would visit but she wouldn’t know who Sax, or his dad was. He says that the only time he has seen his dad cry, anyway, they change conversations midsstream. Jo says “I need to do a toilet”. They decide they should head back to the house. Back to his dad story, and I totally didn’t get that, sorry. They reach the bedroom, and look at the day planner near the door before they go in. They go inside, where everyone is asleep, or at least in bed. Jamie climbs into bed, while Jo gets changed. Patrice wakes up, so Jo gets him to turn her light on. She heads to the toilet. Saxon looks almost ready for bed himself. Vincent has given up on the book, and is asleep. Sax gets comfy, leaving Jo the only housemate left standing. Half an hour to go…. Comm break.

Mike rejoins us all, Alisha, 19 year old, is on the phone to Mike. He’ll stretch this one out cause everyone is asleep. LOL. Alisha changed her shifts so she could watch BB Up Late. She wins the $1000, before they chat some more. She wants Jo to go, cause she is playing Sax and Vincent. To show us it’s live, they show Chrissie, because Alisha requested it. LOL. She has Call Waiting going on. Mike tells the person calling to stop calling. He keeps talking to her, not very interesting. Mike says that even when people are sleeping on Up Late, they outrate Parliament Question Time. Her boyfriend is asked to come and talk to Mike, otherwise they won’t give her the cash. Here he is. They really have a great shot of the moon. Oh god, this is dragged on to long. Paul, the boyfriend, is a gardener, but is unemployed, so Mike trys to get him a job. His favourite is Daniel. Mike FINALLY wraps it up, and they hangup. Comm break.

Not that interesting of a show tonight, last night’s rocked a lot more. However, with Pat’s b’day bash tomorrow night, hopefully we’ll have some fireworks tomorrow night. Anyway, we’re back for approximately 10-12 more minutes of watching people sleep. Mike said that he was leaving, but he comes back on. Hey Mike! He reads a few more forum replies from the official site. He plugs the “Go Regina” website. He has Louise from Brisbane on the line. She suggest they put a rooster call through the house. Her favourite housemate is Daniel, or Chrissie. Exciting stuff. Their conversation ends, and he plugs the song again, and looks like they will play it again. Goodnight Mike, are you Mikey G, the writer of that song? Interesting…The Camera goes for a walk around the backyard, the song finally comes on just past 2am…Incidentally, the lawn was mowed overnight last night for anyone that is interested…The song ends, and so does the coverage, as Dreamworld says goodnight.

Keep Looking for Warren,
Dave

Day 44 Uplate

Evening all, and welcome to another week of Up Late. Of course, earlier in the evening, Jo, Regina and Daniel were nominated for eviction. Jo has been up and down throughout the night, smiling at times, other times in tears. Dan, the season performer, has been his usual self, giving others a few laughs. Reggie, who keeps saying that it doesn’t affect her, has been pretty upset.

Anyway, we join the house in the kitchen, where Dan, Saxon, Patrick, Vincent and Jo are. Mike introduces himself, saying they have already given away $40,000. Jo has been saying that her boyfriend won’t be speaking to her when she leaves all night according to Mike. Anyway, back to the house, Saxon says that he’ll have missed half of the footy season, he didn’t expect to be in there for that long. He says he’ll probably be put on the bench when he gets out, referring still to footy. Jo says she didn’t take her mediciation, because she wants to stay up all night, stay up all week, cause if she went to sleep, she would miss out. She says softly she doesn’t want to go. Pat is reading out how to make bread in a weird accent, to Daniel. Quite funny. Oooh, it’s actually the new pasta maker they received tonight.

Jo remembers about when Pat was playing a song, and Jo was sitting on Ben, and they were loving the song. Pat says it was completely made up. He says he was pleased with what he said to Gretel on the nomination show, because he knew Claire would have been there. Vincent didn’t realise that Saxon threw in a hello to Claire, but he is adament he did. They start debating how to cook Soft Boiled Eggs, because Vincent stuffed it up today when he was trying to cook them for lunch. They again say that some of them never got to meet Irena and Carlo. Daniel is in another persona again tonight, I haven’t heard him talk normally yet. Pat is going to lie on the bed and see what happens, so he wishes the kitchen crew goodnight. Jo meanwhile says she has to start thinking about leaving, and Saxon says that she doesn’t. Saxon says if he hears Jo talking like that, he’ll throw her in the pool. The remaining housemates start softly singing “Did It Ever Make You Wonder…” Sax starts talking about a guy that used to babysit him, and the havoc they used to get up to in the backyard. Saxon says he doesn’t want to leave the place because the house is such a positive place, and outside it gets negative. Jo says that she misses “The Simpsons!” She says that she has Sex & The City and Friends taped by a friend while she is in here. Daniel says he wants this show taped so he can see what it was like. Vincent says that the helicopters must think they are snobs – BB instructed them last week not to wave. Saxon says he almost hides when he sees one overhead nowadays.

Mike comes back on, saying Saxon cried earlier because he didn’t think Jo was dealing with it correctly, and also Reggie cried cause she realised she might see her dogs soon. Back to the house, and the kitchen, they are looking at the mirrors checking for pimples or something. According to OzUpdates, Kim is chatting to Jamie and Chrissie in the bedroom, talking about how she met her boyfriend. Dan is giving Jo a massage, and is saying that she carries her law books unevenly, and that once she gets out, she must carry them evenly. Saxon sits back down at the table, and they go back to the Simpsons topic, talking about an April Fools Episode.

Finally into the house, Reggie and Jamie are saying they are going to exercise all day. It’s going to be a better day. They say goodnight to each other. Vincent comes into the room, and Jamie jumps on his bed, and Vincent has to run away to get off it! Reggie has ear plugs, so Vincent doesn’t have to stick the stuff up his nose tonight. He seems happy, and he’s back on the bed with Jamie. Jamie says that he has learnt to sleep through anything – a rat in the wall helping him do that. Reggie says that she had something they could hear in the walls at the shop, and it annoyed the hell out of her. Reggie says to Chrissie, who has come over, that the whole day has totally sucked. She says she was thinking the whole day. Chrissie says that when she was nominated, she instantly thought “Yes”, that she wouldn’t have to nominate anymore. Reggie says the first thing she thought when she heard her name was the TV zooming in on her, and giving her phone number to evict! FINALLY, a comm break.

Back to Mike, who runs through the first brain teaser for the night. Just realised that Jo’s odds for eviction are only $1.05, meaning she is definately the favourite to be evicted. Mike gives a plug to the BB official website, before we get back to the house, and the kitchen, where Saxon and Jo are alone. Saxon says it’s going to be a hard week for her. Saxon asks her if she has ever done a saoince (spelling majorly bad!). Jo says she never wants to. Saxon says the hardest thing he had to get his head around was that, come the Sunday, he would never have the chance to have this experience ever again. He says thats why he wants to be in here for as long as possible. He says that he tends to hang around certain people more of the time, and if those people weren’t here, he wouldn’t have had that much fun. He mentions Jo, Chrissie and Vincent. He says that he is glad Chrissie isn’t nominated, cause if worse comes to worse, he still has her. He says that BB doesn’t want to hurt us. He says I’ve never met anyone that is a mixture of beautiful and talented at the same time. He says that she is not up herself, but she perhaps needs to have a bit more confidence in herself. He says that Chrissie is worried that that night she flared up at Ben will be bad for her, but he also says that Chrissie has been Chrissie every other day, so there is nothing to worry about. Comm break. I reckon Jo said 10 words in that conversation, compared to Saxon’s thousand, easily!!

Back again, and Mike gives us a hint for the brain teasers. LOL. He tells us that if you do something bad on BB, he won’t show it over and over, because it’s illegial. And this one “Just shut up Jo. Just realise your special” Ahh, back to the house, and to Jo and Sax. He’s saying that to make it to the BB house is a huge accomplishment for them both. He tells Jo not to worry about what other people think, just be normal Jo. Jo says she has been herself for 7 weeks though. Sax says that is great, because for the last six weeks not many people have walked into the diary room and said that Jo annoys them. Sax says he is thrilled just to be not nominated this week. Sax says that if the inside people don’t want her to go, the outside couldn’t possibly want her out. Oh geez, you have no idea young boy. Saxon wonders if they get stuff (ie Alcohol) for Pat’s B’day, if they will still get some on Friday. Jo says they won’t get 2 lots. Sax says thats had Kim and Jamie been up this week, they would have been nominated, cause the bonds around the existing housemates are just too strong. Jo says she had a good chat with Reg, that she hasn’t done that for a while. Comm break.

Angela wins the first $1000 for the night, with the correct word camera. He sets up the second game, before we again head back to the house, but this time the bedroom! Reggie lets a nice smell out, tries to blame it on Kim. Jo joins them, revealing that she is getting all nostalgic. Pat asked her what time it was, and Jo said that he asked him that in the first week. She seems to be having a little cry. Reggie is letting them off a fair bit I think, Kim thinking she might have done something in her pants. Jo goes to do something in the bathroom, while Reggie says she can’t wait till Wednesday. Kim asks if BB will let them do something, but I can’t hear it. Vincent says they will have to wait and see! Kim and Reggie continue to whisper, being too hard to hear them. Jo has returned to the kitchen, talking to herself about her eye problem. She gets her eye drops out of the kitchen. Back to the girls in the square bedroom, but comm break comes in quickly.

“Trivia dude” gives us the clue for the second brain tease, and then goes on to talk about the OS Forums. Back to Reggie and Kim though now, Reggie decides to go to the toilet, Kim saying she has to go 2-3 times a night. Reggie tells a story about how she crashed into the walls back when the houses were not one, trying to go to the toilet.

Back outside, at the diary room door, Sax and Jo are talking. Saxon is asking how difficult it is to get her articles/clerkship. Jo says it is. Sax again says that he doesn’t want her to go, and says that he doesn’t think she will go. They argue about how many weeks BB is run for, at last deciding that it’s a bit more than 12 weeks. She gets on her bed, says “bring it on”, wakingup ‘patrice’ in the process, so she apologises to him, and then it’s time for another comm break.

Back with Mike, who goes through the puzzle again, but because it’s not quite time to go home for him yet, so he gives the hint again. He goes through the popularity polls for a bit – Kim coming last. Chrissie has come down to 10%. Regina amazingly has gone up, to 50%. I would’ve thought she would be going down if anything this week.

Anyway, back inside, the square bedroom, Saxon is getting ready for bed, while Reggie, Kim and Vincent have a little talk down their end of the room. Saxon looks as if he has hurt his foot, and Vincent has come to the rescue again, wrapping a bandage around it. Sax says he is sick of hurting himself, to which Vincent says you have to be careful. Someone gets up to have a look from the round bedroom, but can’t tell who it is because no face is seen. Only know it’s a guy, cause he was in boxers. He pulled the door out at the foot of his bed, and caught his toe in the process from what I can gather. Chrissie comes over asking if he gets sick of hurting himself! Chrissie, after going to the toilet, comes out and says that it doesn’t feel like bedtime. She goes and sits on Reggie’s bed, and joins Kim and Reggie’s conversation. Comm break.

Nicole from Queensland, who has met Mike already, wins the $1000. IT’S ALL RIGGED I TELL YOU!!!! Get me on there Mike, and all will be forgiven. It’s her birthday on Friday, so Mike gives her tickets to the eviction on Sunday. He’s in a generous mood tonight! Mike says goodnight, and we go back to the house.

Saxon is talking to Chrissie about waxing or something, can’t quite figure it out. He says that Carlo did something when he was there. Chrissie reveals that she doesn’t know if she’s coping. Saxon inappropriately says “Go press the button.” He almost immediatel says sorry, that he was being a dick. She feels sometimes she would like to go into the diary room and ask if shes doing ok. They say they believe what Carmel tells them. Saxon says he thinks everyone is doing very well. He says it’s amazing that everyone supports everyone. He refers back to the night that Chrissie got into the argument with Ben – he says that she did very well, and it shows that everyone looks after everyone, because she stood up for others. They say they love Patrick, Kim saying that she does too because he is so calm. Comm break.

Back with the square bedroom, Chrissie looking as if she has returned to her bed, and everyone else has got into their own beds. Vincent is just lying on top of his doona. Silence in the BB house. Even with the infa red camera’s or whatever they are, the camera’s that let us see in the dark, it always looks as if someone has a lamp on over their bed. Ah bingo, Reggie has one. We see it when Vincent goes to the bathroom. He gets back on his bed, and uses the light to relax, and commence reading a book. Over in the round bedroom, Jo and Patrick are asleep. Back in the square bedroom, Reggie and Vincent share a laugh. Vincent takes his mic off from around his neck. Silence for another few minutes, as Reggie falls asleep, before Dreamworld says goodnight.

Keep Looking for Warren,
Dave

Day 41 Uplate

Saxon is comforting Regina, while Chrissie is talking to them also. Earlier, Regina said that “You always leave in the middle of conversations….” directed at Saxon. They have in the meantime, kissed and made up however.

Also, Claire had a moth go down her pants, immediately dacked herself, and Jo dived into her panties to retrieve the moth out. Claire was said saying afterwards “I have to think of more ways to get Jo inside my pants!” Mike told us a few other things, but I’ll get them the next time he says it. Oh, one other thing, they are mad at BB because he won’t give them Pasta for the week. The HM’s believe that Pasta should be put on the necessities list, and given to the housemates regardless of whether they pass or fail the weekly task.

Back to the square bedroom, Reggie, Chrissie and Saxon are talking, Regina still a bit upset. Chrissie says every Sunday from now on will be the start of a prick of a week. Regina says she feels better now. Sax says he can;t wait to get out and see Carlo. Chrissie says she can’t wait to meet Carlo! Jamie comes over and shows off his new type of ventolin puffer, which Reggie hasn’t seen before. It’s wham smacky new or something, and way different from the normal everyday puffer.

Sax says he had a couple of asthma mini attacks while the houses were seperated, because the air had nowhere to go, but since the house is one, it’s much more open, and he sleeps fine. Jamie says that he used a bit of Saxon’s cream, Sax seems cool about it. Sax is pulling his hands through Reggie’s hands, and Reggie says that if Adrian saw this, he would be boiling. Sax says he’s only 19, Adrian has nothing to worry about it! Chrissie reminds them that they’ve been together for 6 weeks, that they are a kind of family now, and you take any affection you can get while in here.

Sax says that he was reading a book to Jo earlier, and had to walk away because he was beginning to cry. We cross to the round bedroom, and Pat and Jo. Jo says that all her friends will still be her friends when she goes back out to the big wide world. Jo is tired out, but Pat is not tired at all. Jo says if she tries to read, she’ll be out like a light. Pat is looking at Jo’s boy, Tim, in a photo of the two of them. They say that they will probably be starving for the next week, seeing they failed the task. They continue talking about food for a while, making themselves hungry. Jo looks up and asks where Claire has gone. Jo says that they had nothing to do tonight – no party or anything. She seems dissapointed. They lie together in silence for a bit, and the cams change to the other bedroom where Sax, Reg, Claire and Chrissie. Sax says that it’s a once in a lifetime experience – having people at your fingertips within a minute who can make you feel good. Chrissie makes the point that she hasn’t had a new friend in the last few years, so she is rapt. Sax says that her mum hasn’t had a holiday in 10 years. He says he’ll take her on one once he gets out of the house. Chrissie says that this is her ‘holiday of a lifetime!’ Claire says she wants a Milo, but can’t be bothered walking all the way to the kitchen. Kim is also in the room, I just didn’t notice. They discuss that when Claire got the strike, she was tough. Once BB handed down his decision, Claire was asked what she thought. She decided against sayng anything, because BB was not going to change his mind, and that anything she said would only be used against her. They say that Claire got two in the one day, and Sax says that Bel got two at once.

They tell the others how she got a second strike, saying that the spa jets were going, and they only whispered in each other’s ear. Chrissie can’ believed they got picked up for it. Claire says that it is all assumption from BB. They are getting close to talking about stuff they shouldn’t be, but anyway.

Cut to Dan and Jaime having a convo in the square living room. Jaime is saying he won’t have one night stands, and that he would rather go home by himself than force things to happen. Dan pipes in saying that he doesn’t force either, saying thats probably why he hardly gets any action. Dan says that he loves dancing with people, not saying a word, and then never see or talk to them again. He finds it exotic. Jaime says that it shows that Dan has a lot of respect for women.

Dan says that while it isn’t a complex thing, but he finds it terrifying going up and starting to talk to a girl. Ah Vincent is there too, saying that the first time he was with someone when he was 16. It was her first time too. It happenned on Valentine’s Day. He says that every year since that day, he leaves a white rose in her mailbox every Valentine’s Day. He says he has done it 12-13 time now. He says it always comes from his parent’s garden, and he picks all the thorns off it. He says that he is happy that he is still friends with his first time girl. Actually, thats the nicest story Vincent has ever told IMO. Comm break.

Back from the break, and Mike comes on. Goes through the first brain teaser. LOL. Jamie and Vincent are going shopping once he goes back to Melbourne. Jo is joining them too. Saxon says he would never go shopping with Jamie and Jo, because he has the five minute rule, in with clothes within five minutes, or walk out with nothing. Dan says he always has to go to the toy section when he goes to any shopping centre, because he has to see the Star Wars stuff.

Chrissie mentions she went to a Karoke bar at Crown in Melbourne with a friend one night, and somehow had drinks all night in there private karoke bar, and spent $6 for the whole night – on the cab fare home! Her friend had connections apparently! Saxon says that when he is at a small restuarant, he always takes his plate up to the ktichen to help them out. LOL, Jamie says if they were eating in the diner on Home & Away. Chrissie says she would in that situation. They start talking about Sexy BB, apparently named Lara. Geez, that’s a great name…Anyway, they have an argument over who sexy BB is – they end up saying that have two sexy BB’s in this house. Sax & Dan start reliving the “What Does Mine Say” scene out of “Dude, Where’s My Car”. Comm break.

Mike comes on again, and as usual, gives his hint for the first brain teaser. Anyway, Claire has bought back a few coffee’s for the housemates from the kitchen. Reggie says that there has never been so much cosiness on this side of the house. It’s a good point, all the love seems to come from the other round bedroom. The lights go out, as all the housemates gather on the square side. They countdown the seconds till the other side of the house get their lights out as well, but BB plays with them and makes them wait a couple of minutes. They talk about whether they will get a party this week – Reggie doesn’t think so, before Pat’s 30th.

So many people in the room, it’s difficult to hear a conversation. Some of them are talking about what BB says to some of them. They say that BB should say sometimes “This is BB. Knock Knock.” or “This is BB. Why did bob fall off the swing.” I agree as well, more BB interaction. Kim says she’ll tell a racist joke. I didn’t hear it, but hardly anyone laughs, most saying that it is really racist. LOL, quote of the night to Claire “I didn’t think martians came from Mars.” Jamie tells Saxon that he has a tight little bum. Sax says that he is scaring him. They say that Jo also has a nice ass. Pat heads off to bed, Chrissie goes to brush her teeth, and we go to a break.

Dwayne from Brissie looks like he’ll win the first $1000 of the night, at approx 20 to 1. He gets it right. From our friends at OzUpdates.com, here is the joke from Kim earlier.

Q:What do you call an aboriginal who has an abortion?
A: A Crime Stopper.

Lovely, but moving on, and back to the house. Looks like everyone has gone to their respective bedrooms now, as Sax says goodnight to Jamie. Sax still running his hands through Reggie’s hair. Jo comes over from the bathroom to say goodnight to everyone in the square bedroom. Vincent gets up and either walks to the other bedroom, or to the bathroom. We cross over to the round bedroom, and Jo says she loves sleep. Dan says that the type of dreams he has depends on what side of his body he sleeps on. Jo and Chrissie are discussing something Belinda mentioned too them the other night. I dunno what their on about, so I won’t write about it. Back over in the square bedroom, someone has mentioned how much cuddling Sax and Reggie have done tonight. Reggie says that her man should know that it doesn’t mean anything. Kim says that if she did that her man would get so mad. Comm break.

Mike gives the clue for the second and last brain teaser fro the night, and then for the second night in a row, he gives us the eviction phone numbers. Weird, cause he never did it before boring last night, which was acceptable in the circumstances. Anyway, after that he sends us back to the house, and the square bedroom, where Reggie and Saxon have been cuddling for almost 3 hours, Mike tells us. LOL They start talking about the live feeds on the net, and Vincent says that the peak time would be in the morning at the showers. Reggie says it’s funny, cause she doesn’t even think about it. Vincent says your not meant to see it.

Back to the round house, Chrissie and Jo are discussing what they want to do with their lifes once they get out of here. Jo says she doesn’t expect anything to happen, but it would be good if something did come out of it. Jo informs Chrissie as to what her family brothers and sisters, from what I can imagine, are doing with their lives, and where they are all living. Jo says that someone wants her to move to Melbourne, and it looks like she is considering it. She still hasn’t moved out of home. Chrissie says that it’s the best feeling, and that she should really consider moving out. Jo says she’ll miss her mum. Chrissie says of course you will, but there is nothing better than independence. She liken’s it to ‘driving on your own for the first time.’ Comm break.

Back to Chrissie and Jo after trivia dude did his thing, and we’re back to Chrissie and Jo. Chrissie says that she has so many questions that she wants to ask. Apparently they got pulled into the DR (Jo and Chrissie) and BBB was so nice to them, saying that they would just have to be patient. We get the meanwhile box showing Saxon in the living room playing the guitar. Chrissie says that Reggie too has a crush on BBB as well, so it’s just not her. Jo says she can hardly remember what he looks like. They make fun of Claire sleeping. Jo reveals that Ben was actually missing Kylie heaps, on one of his last night he was holding a photo of her with a hankerchief in hand. They say that the fresh blood into the house has been great. Jo asks Chrissie when she last did her hair. She says “I dunno, about a month ago!” Comm break.

Mike gives a woman a $1000. She likes Reggie the best. She also thinks that Claire will be evicted on Sunday. Mike says goodnight to everyone for the week. Cya Mike! Back to Chrissie and Jo again. They are discussing how many people will still be in the house at the end. Jo suggest it might be 5 instead of 3 up until the last Sunday night. That’s how it’s done in the UK btw, well they have 4 until the final night. Thats what they did last year anyway. They are whispering very softly, and you can’t make it out. Apparently 6 weeks to go is that right? 10 people left. 6 normal evictions and a double eviction on one night would leave them with 3 on the last Monday. So perhaps there will be 2 double evictions before the end. If thats the case, surely they better do one soon, ie next week.

Jo said a bit earlier that because the house is very open now, and because they’ve got 10 people again, they have split into groups again more often, whereas last week with just 9, who were all there from the start, it was a greater bond, and more group activities. Jo feels she doesn’t really fit into any of the groups though, and that that has been the case for her through life. Chrissie gives her a bit of reassuring. Chrissie says that the minute anyone sees Jo they immediately think “Wow, what a beautiful, gorgeous girl.” The more Chrissie gets to know her, the more she likes her, and that gorgeous tag evaporates and she just sees a really nice person.

Crossed over to the other house, Reggie is still lying on Saxon’s bed. Vincent says he wanted to a fireman up until they did the fire task. Is Sax back there, or still outside? Quickly back to Chrissie and Jo. Chrissie asks Jo how she feels on Monday’s after nominations. Chrissie says that she feels really bad. Jo reminds her that everyone has to do it. Jo says she dreads Sunday’s and Mondays. Chrissie says she’s going to be a wreck on Sunday – and she isn’t even nominated! Chrissie says that if she could ‘call’ who could be evicted, that would let her get ready for that person going, but she can’t even do that, cause she has no clue. Comm break.

Back again for the last time tonight, and there is movement in the square bedroom. Chrissie has also got up and is laughing with Reggie and Kim. Damn, I think I missed a great comment! Perhaps it was directed at Kim, saying that she had a big fat arse!

Ooh, Jo and Saxon are out on the couch. Sax says to Jo that she doesn’t need eyelashes cause she has great eyes. Sax asks Jo if she thinks he has been acting different around her the last week. Jo says Yeh, and Sax says he doesn’t know why. Sax says that Jo has changed as well. Chrissie comes out now and joins them. LOL They are suggesting that a new BB boardgame is out, and Sax thinks that it is about them, and people have to be a contestant! How wrong can you be Sax! LMAO. Chrissie starts singing “The Phantom of The Opera” for some reason, and Sax says he went to see it with his dad. Chrissie says “Well, your seeing it right here.” Wasn’t that funny, but the way she said it was priceless. Music came on for a sec to suggest the end of the show, but faded again. They mention Michael Crawford in his role of Phantom.

Sax says that he came out to the living area cause when he got back on the bed with Reggie people kept saying ‘be careful’. He says he is sick of all the rubbish about hugging people, and just came out for a break from it all.

Reggie was crying earlier, and Chrissie offers a great explanation. She says that Reggie knows that she is the favourite with the audience, and ever since the two newies came in, they’ve treated Reggie as a star, and now Reggie has started thinking that the other housemates must think of her badly cause she is doing so well. They praise Reggie throughout the conversation, and say they love her. “She is one in a gazillion!” Soon after this, dreamworld says goodnight for another week :)

Keep Looking For Warren,

Day 39 Uplate

Join the house in the bedrooms, and Mike comes on straight away. He tells us a few things which have happened today. He says Chrissie and Dan have continued gossiping today about Saxon and his ‘gay’ conversations with or about Jamie. He has also extending his conversations on that topic to mention Claire a few times. Vincent is still heartbroken about Jo apparently, and so is Saxon, says Mike. Jamie is annoyed at Saxon over his constant ‘poof’ comments, and has started calling him things back. And finally, Reggie has found some photo’s of his hubby, and their dog, so she is happy!

Into the house, and the round bedroom, where talk is about a lockdown either late tonight, or tomorrow morning. They are suggesting that they will remove the animals, and thus the end of the task when they have the lockdown. If thats the case, they believe that they will be hammered with the task tonight. BB will not be nice is there thought. Claire is in bed, Reggie is there, Vincent is there, Kim is in the next room but not far away, and Jamie is in the bathroom I think. Jamie comes in and says that if they fail, BB will probably still give them beer, because they like it when they get drunk. The rest of the room, Vincent especially, say that BB isn’t like that, and that they wouldn’t give them beer as a treat. They say that if that had none, then perhaps they would give them some for Pat’s birthday next Wednesday. Kim says she is going for a swim.

Saxon is over in the kitchen with Chrissie trying to play with his hair around the area of his asset. I dunno what the heck he is doing, trying to pull the hair or something. Anyway, he is hurting himself, I can tell that much! Chrissie comes and has a look at how much the hair has grown since he put some cream on or something, and they have a little laugh. Sax starts singing, then mentioned that he is worried about being portrayed in a negative light on one of the comedy shows. Jamie must have mentioned something to him.

He moves on and asks Chrissie whether she misses Belinda. Chrissie says not really, she doesn’t really miss anyone, although then changes her mind, saying she misses Leah. They both say that this week will be hard. Sax says if Dan goes, Chrissie would be devastated, because they have a special bond. Chrissie says that she would be upset, but she’ll be upset whoever leaves this week. Sax says he is loving living in the house now. He has had a great day today, and wants to stay for a while yet. Kim is still in the pool. Sax asks if Jo is going in. Chrissie says if Jo goes in, she will, because it will become an ‘event!’

Chrissie changes the subject a little, telling Sax she needs to ‘poo’, and that if she suddenly madly dashes off, thats where she is headed. Sax says that Kim is wearing a see through top and just a G String in the pool. Chrissie thought that Kim had told them that she didn’t have a G String. Vincent comes in, but doesn’t really talk to the other two. On his way back out, he says that he’ll think they’ll have lots of animal noises tonight, as it’s the last night of the task. Chrissie says that they are only allowed three stuff ups, and yet they reckon they will have done it 30-40 times by the end of the task. Jo asks the time, Vincent checks, and says it’s close to midnight. Sax says that it’s so hot in there, and takes his top off. Chrissie agrees that it is very hot in the kitchen.

Sax says to Chrissie, back by themselves, that the night he went and got Jo’s brush and started to brush her hair, he thought they were all mad at him, and thought that he was sleazy. A Moth flys onto Chrissie at that moment. Sax goes onto say that the conversations he has with Jo might be misconstrewed. He says that Jo probably thinks that he has a huge crush on her. Chrissie asks if he does. He says he doesn’t think so, saying that she is not his type. He loves her as a friend. Sax is saying that he has this great best friend, who is a girl, and spends time with her, loves her, but only as a friend. Sax says he isn’t ready for the outside world, because he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to handle it. He thinks he’s a bit young and immature. Chrissie says that they’ll be heaps of people helping him though. He is worried about people asking him about Jo all the time. Chrissie says that it could easily be seen that he has a crush. Sax says that Jo gives him puppy dog looks all the time, and no one picks up on it! Sax says that he has never been interested in someone of Jo’s standard, so he doesn’t think he has a crush on her. He tells Chrissie that his dad said not to hook up with anyone inside the house. Kim yells out loud, then gets out of the pool, in a nice attire! Sax says he wanted to talk to her about Jo because he didn’t want her to get the wrong idea. Again she says that he thought he had a little crush on Jo. Chrissie says that when Sax was rubbing her thigh, and then Sax says ‘she thats what I hate. You miss all the stuff she does to me, she gets away with everything!’ Comm break.

Mike goes through the first trivia, and tells us that Vincent got busted for talking to the intruders about the outside, but didn’t get a strike, and that Jo and Jamie are getting on like a house on fire. He recaps the Jo and Saxon, Chrissie convo, saying that Chrissie believes he is trying to talk himself into not liking her. Anyway, back to their convo, Sax is saying that he was pissed at Belinda when she came back in, because when he mentioned he was tired, Belinda said “yeh well if you stay up talking to Jo all night you would be.” Sax is still worried about how he is being portrayed, and that he wishes people could watch their conversations to see her advances too. Chrissie says Sax is worried about nothing, cause Jo isn’t worried about it at all. Chrissie tells him that you can’t be responsible for the actions other people decide to make. Suddenty Sax aks Chrissie if his hands look white. Chrissie says they do. Dan has joined them in the kitchen by the way, been there ever since the break, but hasn’t said very much at all. Sax says that Ben sat him down and said he was worried that Jo was kind of playing some of the boys to advance her stay in the house. Good old Benny, he was on to her! Sax says he would be crushed if she was like that. Dan and Chrissie both say that if Jo is the mastermind she is doing a real good job, and that she wouldn’t tell anybody about it. Chrissie decides they will both have another Milo. Chrissie says that the night of the dance party it looked like it could get a bit dangerous, but before she can continue, we have a comm break. Really good convo this one, really am liking Chrissie heaps lately.

Mike gives a trivia hint, before we go back to the house, and Jo is having a talk to Sax in the kitchen now. Kim has joined them too, Dan still there as well. 5 of them in there, Chrissie still doing something in the actual kitchen area, while the rest are at the table. Sax says that while Chrissie and himself drink their Milo casually, Jo is stuffing her face with food.

Cross to the square bedroom, Reggie is talking about her hubby and her work back in Tassie to Vincent. She is telling V about how the hubby signed a four year lease on the shop when Reggie didn’t want to commit herself for that long. Reggie says if she has to stay there for the next four years, but if she has too, she doesn’t want to get up at 4am, rather go in at lunchtime and work casually. Reggie says she likes NSW if she wanted to move, and wanted a change. Reggie’s hubby is of the opinion that having the business now will set them up for life in the future, while Reggie is quite happy just struggling along. Vincent says that life for her will definately change once she gets out. Out of everyone here, Reggie’s might change the most. Comm break.

Matt wins $1000 and picks Vincent to do the task first tonight. Back to the house, and the square bedroom, with Vincent just lying down on his bed. He tells Reggie there is only six weeks to go, if they are kept in. Reggie is so soar, from wrestling with Saxon today. Jo comes over to them. Kim is also back inside now. They are still thinking all of them will have to do the task, but not until they all fall asleep. Reg asks Vincent if he’ll be happy going back to his job, Vincent saying ‘would anyone be happy going back to their job.’ But he says he likes his job, enjoys it, and then explains to Kim what exactly he does. He says he’s been doing it for six years now. The noise comes over, and Vincent starts running. He easily makes the time limit alloted, and Pat is the wife, and goes to make the tea. Vincent tells the housemates that he is thinking of putting the horse in the Melbourne Cup. Just then, Pat tells Vincent that the tea is ready, and they cut to a break.

Back to the house after Mike sets up game two of trivia, and tells everyone that Jo’s firedrill costume is only at $250 or so on ebay, so they should all bid. Ben’s legacy item is up to $3000 or so. Anyway, Kim, Reggie, Sax, Chrissie and Vincent are in the square bedroom. Chrissie and Sax leave, and let the others try to get to sleep. Reggie says that Saxon cannot be quiet, no matter how hard he tries. Vincent says he still reckons that there is still going to be another one.

Back over at the kitchen, Sax and Chrissie have rejoined Dan. Sax asks Chrissie if she wants another milo, but she says she has too many already. Sax is skipping rope, while Dan asks Chrissie about her black mark on the nightie. It came from a black shirt. Chrissie says shes on edge because of the task, and doesn’t know whether to go to bed or not. Sax says she shouldn’t, then goes onto say “Stay and play. Be my shadow for a day.” Good line that. Sax says that if he stays for a while, and a few beds come free up Chrissie’s end of the room, Sax is going to move into there. Dan says ‘no way squarey!’ Jo has joined them in the kitchen, dressed in her PJ’s. Sax and Dan finish the ice cream off. Chrissie asks if anyone in the square house applied for BB2. Sax has a little think, and then yells Vincenzo…” but before he can finish what he is going to say, comm break cuts in.

Mike mentions BBBA!!! He gives a quick plug to ‘his friends’ at behindbigbrother.com . Good work Mike, love your work :) Back to the house, and Sax is talking about his time before he got in, saying he would have been one of the last to put in their video’s. They keep talking about the task, saying they all expect everyone to be called soon. Cuts over to Vincent in bed for a minute, before returning to the kitchen. Sax is looking in himself in the mirror, saying he is looking broader nowadays. Jo says ‘you look good.’ Chrissie says that Sax’s boobies look big in one mirror. Dan says he has been picking his nose like a shovel, saying that his nose is crusty in Qld. Chrissie agrees. Comm break. Uncut ad says it will show footage from the night the triangle started, uncut and uncensored tomorrow in it’s show.

Chrissie is put up the test from whoever won the trivia, and will have to do her work in just a minute. Actually now. It’s a sheep, and Chrissie runs like lighting! Dan is the wife, and Chrissie starts talking to her goat. Chrissie starts saying “Gimme at G – O – A – T” She asks if someone is making a cup of tea lol, and Dan comes out and squels, “I’ve got your tea right here!”

He has her tea, says it’s disguisting, and leaves to return her costume. Dan says ‘she hates my tea…’ Sax is cleaning the floor of the kitchen, and Jo is keeping him company. Again, Sax asks how hot is it in here. Chrissie comes in and says the same thing! Jo starts to sing “It’s getting hot in here…” Dan says that that was the first time he has been her wife. Cross back to the square bedroom, where Vincent is reading, and Regina has her eyes half open and shut. Kim also looks as if she is asleep, as comm break cuts in.

In the living room, we see Pat for the first time tonight, Jo is also there and Chrissie. They are talking about Jamie almost hiting the deck in their room at some stage, they are in hysterics, but I don’t know what they are on about. Chrissie says she is going to have a swim. They don’t realise it’s about 1:35am obviously.

Pat tells Jo that he had a weird dream about the task this morning, and Jo says that it might be the nicotene patches, because Claire reckons she has had weird dreams ever since she used them. Meanwhile box shows Chrissie is in the pool. Jo and Pat are whispering to each other. Jo says that Pat will be in the 50 most eligable bachelors when he comes out. Jo is talking about being on the cover of Ralph. She says she would have rathered get on the cover without the influence of BB helping her get there – she would have rathered get there on her own accord, by default. Pat says that everyone needs a helping step. The go onto talk about Australian history a bit, and I just can’t be bothered listening at this time of night. Just cut it off BB, I need sleep! They both seem like they want to travel at some stage. Jo says she wants to go over to the UK soon, she is just hopeless at saving. Pat says his two sisters are over there now. Pat says they have a flat, so she would have a place to stay if she went over there. Jo and Pat are suggesting going over there, and Pat says that Jo could go shopping, while he would go to the pub.

Sax and Dan are outside beside the pool, talking to Chrissie, but before any conversation starts, Dreamworld wishes us goodnight.

Keep Looking For Warren,
Dave

Day 38 Uplate

Just before we get underway, apparently it’s been belting down outside (with rain if you didn’t guess!), which could jeopardise the task tonight. We’ll have to wait for what Mike says, which will be as soon as Tim Webster finishes that great program callled Sports Tonight…Finally, at midnight, meaning a 2am finish *just great*, we get rid of ST and move onto the real stuff.

Join the house outside, on the pool, with rain coming down. Mike comes over straight away, and tells us that Cyclone Claire is still brewing and actually is still talking of leaving. He tells us that BB is going to get a few people to go out in the rain tonight for the task.

Anyway, into the longue room we go, where Dan, Jo, Reg & Vincent are talking, Jo saying that they know the task is going to come, and they are going to get drenched. Reggie looks like she is falling asleep in a weird position, so Jo asks her if she is going to sleep. Reggie says she has cramps. Dan is amused how many batteries they must have gone through. Jo says it’s Day 37 (so close!), so 37 X 2 X 14 give or take a few, and thats the number of batteries used. Pat is lying down on the couch also, not having said anything. Jo says she has a really bad ulcer in her mouth because she hasn’t been taking her vitamins. Vincent tells her some remedy that will help her with the pain, just soothing it. Jo wants something to numb it.

Jo says that if they were smart, and had learnt from previous tasks, where they had injuries, it would be good if they didn’t perform the task in the rain. Jo then also tells Reggie to go in and tell BB that she feels like crap so she doesn’t have to do the task. Reggie doesn’t go in though. Jo says she is ready for action, and wants to do the task. Perhaps you can only be the wife to someone just the once, cause they are going through who has been wife to who.

Over in the kitchen, Saxon and Jamie are talking and cleaning the place. Jamie says it’s good that you can’t see any camera’s in the place. They are talking about Survivor, and the million dollar prize money. Jamie says he wouldn’t want to play that game, because they have to backstab, and starve themselves. They say that this game is the best because you can be yourself completely, and still walk out with a huge wallet if you win. Saxon asks Jamie if he knows anyone from any reality shows, to which Jamie says that he has met previous BB people, then says he can’t talk about it. Jamie says that Chrissie and him were talking earlier, and they were so wrapped that she had met 10 different people she would never otherwise meet. Saxon is saying that it is great, however, people are still playing the game, and so he hasn’t completely met a few people just yet. Sax says he isn’t in the mood to sit on the couch and chit chat, so he is cleaning. Sax says he wants to go for a run, but the rain is stopping him. Jamie goes onto an idea of putting sand in some things, and using them as dumb-bells. They start talking about exercising and weights, so I tune out. Boring!!

Jamie says he requested a dumb-bell last night, and Sax says they won’t get back to you for a while, because they asked for things in week one, and still haven’t heard back. They head back to the living room, saying that the pool is dirty on the way back. Claire makes her way to the kitchen now. Back in the living room, Dan is amazed by a moth trying to fly or something, but can’t because they have dust on it. They tell Saxon that Chrissie is asleep so as not to wake her. Jamie comes out from the diary room for some reason, and they again start talking about the different BB’s. Cut to the bedroom, where Chrissie, Jo and Saxon are. Chrissie and Jo are lying on their beds, while Saxon looks like he has just walked through. Jo says that she feels bloated. Jamie comes in and says he has lost his puffer. Jo and Chrissie go on to say that they are concerned that the viewers don’t know they don’t have much clothes, and thus they are wearing similar stuff all the time. Apparently Jamie mentioned it to Chrissie earlier in the day. Jamie is still looking for the puffer, when Mike comes on and tells us about trivia, and the barn yard task. He says that BB might send them all out their at the same time. Mike says that Sax headbutted her earlier today, and she had an ice pack on it for several hours.

Jo trys on some of Jamie’s pants or someones, and loves them, but they are far too long. Jamie says it looks great when the girls let a little bit of the underwear show. They are going through Jamie’s suitcase I think, and they find condoms. At least I think thats where they came from. Jamie says that when girls don’t want to wear bra’s, they put double sided tape on their nipples. Just thinking I haven’t seen Kim at all – so she must be asleep in the square bedroom.

Back in the living room, they are talking about thanking staff at restaruants if it’s a good meal and service. Daniel says that he doesn’t go out to places like that, that much, because he earns less than $20,000 a year, and because he likes to save a portion of his money, he has even less to spend.

Claire returns from the kitchen with some coffee or something for Reggie. Claire seems to be in fine spirits. Dan says “Could you imagine Reggie putting out a hit single?’ LOL, it gets a laugh all round the couch. Vincent cut his hand earlier today, and is talking about how when he changed the strap or something, it was arkward. He did it cutting an orange, with a sharp knife. Finally, a commercial break.

Back to trivia dude, aka Mike Goldman, and the brain teasers. Easiest of the lot the first one, the word is not even jumbled up, it’s simply a drop and read. Mike tells us that the HM’s will have to do the task in just a moment. Back in the house, Jo, Saxon, Jamie and Chrissie are talking. Dan joins them. Jo says she has had a revalation today, saying that this place is clear to them all now. Kim is called into action as the beekeeper, before Big Brother announces that no farmer’s wife is required for this task, as it is wet outside. Just as that happens, everyone is called into action LOL. It’s a mad dash in the backyard as everyone gets changed. Reggie is only just now getting into her gear, a bit late – will it mean a fail mark for the house? Impossible to tell any conversations, as each housemate is saying “here horsey, here dog etc’ BB comes over the house, and annouces the tea is ready, as well as having the hot water on for the next 15 minutes. Not a huge response from the housemates on the hot water though. Reggie is cracking up in the backyard, about to pee her pants. Chrissie has done something funny that she didn’t even know she did. Anyway, Reggie slowly stops laughing, before Dan launches into one of the doctors who speaks to the dead, but with animals rather than humans. Chrissie tells Dan that she didn’t have her hat on, because someone else wore it. Back in the bedroom, it looks like the housemates have almost given up on the task. Comm break, with the first ad being “Claire tried to outsmart BB…etc, Be watching tomorrow at 7 for the result”. Looks like good viewing.

Mike comes back with the brainteasers, saying that the HM’s bet 100% on this task. Mike actually says the word in the trivia in his hint, oops! Back to the house, and Jo and Sax are talking in the round bedroom. Jo seems very bubbly tonight. Saxon comments on this, saying it’s the most bubbly she has been in the house. Meanwhile, bottom right hand corner, Claire is having a shower, as normal, in the raw. Saxon is saying something about Jo’s nipples, and Jo calls him a ‘piece of shit!’ Sax says until now he thought Jo was quite subdued. But apparently she is always bubbly at work. Sax says that Jo just did the maccarena with her head! Chrissie comes back, and Jo jumps up and runs outside! Chrissie says she is all excited about clothes with Jamie, and the emu task, and we have lost the normal Jo. Sax says he is waiting for Thursday night when BB tells them they failed and they have no budget. Chrissie repeats that she had no hat to wear during the latest barn yard task.

Back outside, Jo and Sax are talking about microphone infridements, and how if they fail the task, they can make as many as they like! Jo yells out “Does everyone think we failed?” Sax says “yeh, cause we suck.” Pat says they should assume that they are still alive, and so they can’t give up. Jo is singing “Patrick it’s your birthday….”, but it ain’t his birthday. Jo says that there is 10 people left, but only 6 weeks left. Pat thinks there is more than 6 weeks left, it seems so short! Chrissie asks Jo when she was laughing at her during the task, whether Chrissie had her hat on. Jo says no. Comm break.

Kelly wins the $1000 tonight for the first time round tonight, and Mike goes through the second one, before we head back to the house. Jo is telling Sax that they have breach the mic rules because they won’t have any money. They all say that this is a new Jo tonight! “Evil Jo”, says Sax. Sax says Jo is like his poodle at home, which is just high all the time. Jo is suddenly feeling unwell, and lies down, closing her eyes. She is concerned for a second, then starts laughing again! Vincent sits near her, staring at Jo, who still has her eyes shut, below a cushion from the couch. Sax and Chrissie are making stuff up about Jo, Chrissie saying that she is going to break something, and that she has rude fingers up. Sax says she was just all bubbly, and now gone all half eyes on him. Sax passes her a book to read, lol. Sax starts reading to her. Jo says to BB she can’t do the task at the moment, because she has tunnel vision. Sax says they should start the emu sound up straight away. Meanwhile a few beds down, Claire is talking to Jamie, as BB shows them, they cut to a comm break.

Mike comes back on, gives his hint, before crossing back to the house. Jamie and Claire are still talking so we pick up their conversation. Jamie reveals that he is a bit weary of having gay guys as friends, unless he has known them a long time and has gained their trust, and vice versa. Jamie tells Claire where he works, telling her that he is in the shop by himself, which is really cool. Sax is making a hell of a lot of noise in the background, making it hard to hear.

Cut to the kitchen, and Kim and Vincent are there. Vincent says the Apple Crumble that Chrissie made is beautiful. Kim says that she didn’t realise how easy it was to make. Vincent says he has three favourite deserts, the apple crumble, sticky date pudding (yum!) and strawberry crepes. Vincent leaves, but asks Kim what time it says on the oven, Kim saying 1:15am…Not far away, especially considering the time delay on this show. Vincent leaves, and Kim exclaims “Who would eat that….Yuk…Me..” Weirdo!

Back in the bedroom, Chrissie is doing something to Saxon’s foot, or one of his toes. Can’t quite see. Jo apologises for her outburst, which we missed. She looks quite unwell now, with no energy, but at least is sitting up with her eyes open. Another comm break.

Back in the house, Vincent tickles Jamie as he goes by, and god, sorry to people in Brisbane if you were woken up! Geez, he jumped 30 feet lol. Vincent apologises, but Jamies says it’s cool, it’s just he didn’t realise he would do it. Vincent moves on, calling it a night. Jamie says once he gets into a nightclub, he stays in the one spot, and tells his friends that if they want to move or go elsewhere, to sms him. Claire says she is similar, they have there dancing spot, and tend to stick to it.

Back to the other end of the room, Saxon asking Chrissie if they can have a dance next time there is music around. Chrissie and Saxon have bonded really well tonight I think, it’s great :) Jo is still calling Saxon two faced. Jo and Chrissie try to have a private conversation, and Saxon suddenly thinks he is annoying someone. Chrissie and Jo try to tell him that everything is fine. Jo now has the worst cramp ever, and has hobbled her way to the bathroom. Geez, Jo isn’t having the best night is she? Saxon tells her she should go and have a cuppa, so off they go, back to the bedroom though, as Jo lies back down on the bed. Comm break.

Jenny from Sydney wins the second $1000, before we cross back to the Jo and Saxon show. They are talking about waxing, Chrissie and Jo both saying they can’t wait for one when they get outside. Interesting fact: It takes 15 minutes if you get a beautician to do it, 45 minutes if you do it by yourself. Jo doesn’t have one person who does it all the time, she just has whoever is there, but Chrissie has Jordona for hers. Sax says goodnight, and wanders off to bed. He says he’s all awake now, and says “bugger you Jo.” Jo is still worried about her outburst, but Chrissie says that she didn’t even notice it.

Chrissie says that Sunday is going to be absolutely devastating. The worse one to date they think. Chrissie says one of them is going, and she loves them all. Comm break.

In the square bedroom, Dan and Vincent are asking Kim if she has seen the new movies, esp The Matrix Reloaded and also XMen 2. Back to Chrissie and Jo, discussing that one of the nominees is acting in such a way that they are only making there exit quicker. In other words, acting in a bad way. Chrissie says the only thing you can control in this place is how you yourself act. Jo is asking Chrissie why BB has to keep going on with the task when people are asleep. Jo says that all she wanted tonight was just a great nights sleep, and the task has stuffed that up (not like she was asleep when the animal sounds came over!) Pat comes and has a cuddle with Jo, and Jo asks him if she went mental before. Pat says she was fine, not to worry about it. Jo gets out of bed because she is hot, and talks to Claire about her vision problems just a bit earlier. Just as she starts talking about that, Dreamworld says goodnight.

Day 37 Uplate

Just before we get set for a huge night of BB Up Late, lets go through the events of the past couple of hours. When Gretel said goodnight to us, she released Belinda into the house, giving her half an hour to say a proper goodbye. Everyone looked enthused to see her, perhaps Saxon the least. Moving on, when she was leaving, she mentioned that she had another suprise for them. With that she was gone, and just a few minutes later, two new intruders were sent into the house. Kim, a 21 year old hairdresser from outback NSW, and Jamie, a 22 year old Melbourne boy studying an Arts/Law degree.

Chrissie and Jamie had met at the auditions. Saxon was not impressed with more people coming in, saying he liked it better when it got smaller, not bigger. He headed to the Spa, Pat heading over once Sax was in. Sax asks Pat if he likes the new additions, and whether they were a good choice, or whether they were a strange pick. Pat says that they are a strange pick. They discuss whether Jamie is gay (he is from all reports), Pat saying probably, but that he doesn’t care.

At about this time, Sax calls Jamie over and asks him where he comes from. When Jamie says Melbourne, Sax exclaims “Melbourne! How gay – everyone is from Melbourne in this place” Jamie did well just to have a smile on his face. Up Late is starting in a sec, so get ready for what hopefully is a huge night.

Straight into the action tonight, we join the house outside, with Mike Goldman jumping in straight away. He fills us in with the names of the new people, tell us who is nominated, tells us that Belinda dropped by, and then sends us back outside. In the spa are Jo, Saxon, Pat, Claire, Vincent and Jamie. Difficult to hear what they are saying, as the spa equipment or something seems to be very loud tonight. Kim was over by the spa earlier, and comes back over now. Saxon and Kim are trying to establish where something is, near some road or something, with Jo listening in, with the rest talking to Jamie.

Back in the bedroom, Chrissie and Dan are discussing how great it was to see Belinda tonight. Chrissie says thats it’s complete closure for her. Something about one of her dogs on the run or something. Poor Belinda if thats the case. Haven’t seen Reggie for a little bit, perhaps she is by herself in her bedroom. Chrissie and Dan are content to sit on their beds in quietness, as they take their first commercial break. Oops, no they don’t! Just a cut in transmission. They are saying something about one of the housemates, and how they are both nominated for a third time, and have two strkies each. I know Dan does, but does Saxon have two strikes? Anyway, Dan wants to help Saxon out tomorrow, to get him back in the mood he has been in the past few days.

They move onto discussing whether the two intruders were chosen back at the start, or whether they were chosen from a greater field of candidates recently, so they knew that they would fit in with the current group dynamics. A fair bit of yelling going on outside in the background. Dan says that he is worried about Saxon getting drunk, because he’s not in the best of moods, about himself, and the intruders entering. Dan says I hope he doesn’t go and get like Ben. Dan says Ben is such a great guy, but he just has these spurts. Reggie interrupts them asking if they want a Milo. Reggie has answered her bloated mystery. She has been bloated ever since she blew into the digeridgedoo. She says it’s not the bread, it’s just the damn sucking in from the instrument.

Reggie goes to put the kettle on, leaving Dan and Chrissie alone again. They get onto talking about Yakult, and whether it’s a yucky taste or not. Dan says if it helps, then it’s worth it. Dan then admits he misses Leah’s sparking energy. He then says not to get Jo drunk, when he hears more yelling. Mike comes on, tells us that Saxon told Jo earlier he was jealous when they came in, because the attention moved from them to the new people. He also told Chrissie to keep the newbies down her end of the bedrooms. Mike tells us that with the barn task, whoever wins the $1000 trivia gets to choose which housemate has to do the task.

Back out to the spa, Reggie comes over and gives Saxon a Cherry Ripe. Jamie is talking about a pub somewhere, when Sax suddenly exclaims that he got chucked out of it at some stage. Jamie and Pat are talking about things in Melbourne, while the rest are having a loud conversation with Kim, who is still sitting watching the housemates in the spa. Reggie and Kim now head inside. Saxon asks Jo if she wants to go and jump in the pool. Off they go!!! Jo jumps in, and gets out in an instant, saying that a boob fell out along the way. Once Saxon gets out, he pulls Jo back in, and when she gets out again, the boob comes out again. She goes back to the spa telling everyone, saying she might as well go nude now cause everything has been seen. Geez, you could hardly see it girl, relax! A cameraman is getting a good close up on them at one point, which is quite a sight. Saxon tells her where the camera’s would be looking, one side on (which he is right), and the other would be on the spa. He’s trying to reassure her. Jo says again she might as well have a nude shower again. Saxon says “oh my god.” Claire tells her that her nipple is showing again, to which she exclaims “AGAIN!! I’ll have to wear clothes in here in future.” Jo decides she needs to go to the ladies, after Pat and Sax pat her hair for a minute. Sax looks completely in love with the girl, poor guy.

Alert: It’s raining! With that, its time for the first commercial break of the night. Mike comes back and the first thing he says is “Sorry Jo, not the first time we’ve seen them!” He then moves onto the trivia, going through it line by line.

Back in the house, Kim is talking to Chrissie and Dan, with Reggie also in there. They talk about the ‘corrupt’ bed, Reggie convinced that someone (didn’t catch the name) will be gone (Sax I think). Kim says she is happy to go whenever she has to – because she has already acheived what she wanted to achieve, by getting in. This seems like a repeat of the Chrissie/Reggie conversation of last week. Maybe Kim has been doing her homework! She also makes mention that at the end of the audition day, she was sad to say goodbye to everyone. Oh dear, this one could be voted out very quickly. This girl is a real Australia, Kim. She says “Youse”, and tells everyone to tell her if she shits people, because she wants to know. Dan says they all have there little things which piss people off, Dan’s being trying to recycle everything you can. Kim admits she has never recycled a day in her life. Jamie comes in, and asks if he can take his mic off when he goes to the toilet. Is it just me, or does every gay guy talk the same. Oooh, nothing against them, but yeh, they all talk the same. Jamie lets slip that he has seen Matrix Reloaded, launching Dan into spaz attack, because he of course hasn’t seen it, and is hanging out for it. Comm break.

Back again with Mike, who is ready to give away some Cash. In actual fact though, he isn’t, just giving the viewers a hint. Anyway, back to the house, and out to the spa. Jo has rejoined them all in there, sitting around talking. Claire says she tried to do a bi of grooming down below last night, but there were too many camera’s and she got stage fright. At least I think that was what she was alluding too. Jo says she is very weary of the camera’s, but I thought Jo never went down below. Strange happenings! By the way, Jamie has made his way back to the spa, and back to the conversation with Pat. They steer the talk to where a partner can touch and lick you and you get excited. Pat nipple area is sensitive, while for most others it’s the neck region. By the way, can I just say that I can’t believe Claire is still up. Amazing, she must have realised that people were aware of her sleeping when Gretel mentioned it earlier in the evening. They ask Jamie whether he is gay, and he says he is, I think, but he descirbes himself as a personality, not a sexuality or something. Where have we heard that line from before I wonder!!! Saxon says that he uses the word gay all the time just to describe weird rubbish, like, ‘that new kitchen is gay.’ He says he had to stop himself earlier because he didn’t know if Jamie was gay. Jamie says it doesn’t worry him, so Sax is free to keep saying his favourite word. BB obviously thought the convo was getting a bit heated, because he cut to a break without the music…

Brainteasers are back, Mike gives Daniel $1000, and he picks Jo to do the farm task. Excellent!!! Mike tells us that the housemates bet 100% of their budget for this task. Cut back to the house, and the emu sound is coming soon hopefully. Saxon tells Jamie that he wrote a letter to a girl named Kate when he was 18, after they broke up, saying that he loved her, he took full responsibility for the break up, but he still loved her. She wrote back to him, expressing her love as well, and Sax describes it as the most beautiful letter he has ever read, but the main point of the story was that Sax tried to bring the letter into the house, and BB refused her request.

I think Claire and Jamie are discussing how many days she had in which she knew she would be coming in, before actually entering. Claire says 6, and Jamie gives the signal 2. Pretty sure thats what they said. LOL, the emu noise starts up, and Claire jumps up, 5 seconds later, Jo realises that it is her. She has 45 seconds to get into the gear, it is borderline. She fixes the fence, while Daniel who got up like a bolt of lighting, is making the cup of tea to bring out to her. The point of the task is that Jo must work on the farm, until the wife (Dan) brings out a cup of tea. Dan thinks he has to wait for the kettle to boil, but Reggie says you’ve just gotta pretend to look as if she is making a cup of tea. She went into ask BB, so she should know. Dan yells “Teaaa is ready” in a lovely wife voice, and Jo comes running in. LOL, they continue the charade, Jo taking a sip, and saying “it’s perfect wife.” Dan says ‘lovely.’ Commercial break cuts in.

Back to ‘trivia dude’, who recaps the Jo farm story from before the break, before starting the second trivia teaser. Back at the house, Reggie, Kim and Dan are talking about whether Dan has to be true to Jo from now on, or whether he can be a wife to others as well. Dan says he is a free man once again. Jo has lost the clip or something off her microphone, somewhere where they aren’t allowed to enter, and they don’t want to ruin the task, so they decide against going in that area, and declare it lost. Kim finds some part, and Reggie says “Geez, you must have bloody good eyes!” Reg tells Jo to go back into the spa and not worry about it.

Back in the spa, Jamie is learning about the different Big Brother’s. Oh hang on, they’ve found it. Hold the phone! Back in the spa, they are discussing how they know what time it is. Vincent says they know it is 7:30pm when Gretel crosses during an eviction for the first time, and I think they have there oven clock set to that approx time. Jo is talking about Melbourne shopping strips with someone, which is strange, seeing she comes from Adelaide. But then again, Adelaide is mighty boring!! ;) On that note, comm break.

Back to Mike again, goes through the trivia, shows us Ben’s legacy item, tries to play it, but is unsuccessful, and then throws back to the house. Dan, Reg and Kim are still having a chat outside. Daniel tries to tell the girls about his school principal three times, but the girls just keep on laughing about something. Over in the spa, Saxon is trying to be a loud siren, and doing a pretty good job. He then says he downloaded a song and played it a lot, and Vincent put it on his mp3 player and listening to it on the way up. God Jo can’t sing! “I Begin to Wonder”, one of Danni’s recent songs.

Kim has just given Saxon what looks to be Wine, a heap of it, with some missing his mouth, and going onto his body. They have a toast to the new housemates, before Jo breaks the mirrors launching into the song again. Claire, who obviously thinks she needs to do lots this week to stay in, is having a ball tonight, being loud and swearing quite constantly! It really is amazing she is still awake. Comm break.

Seems Mike has joined us after the break every single time tonight. Oh well, nevermind, Chrissie wins the $1000 teaser, and picks Chrissie, who is asleep or something, to do the task. We’ll see that soon. He says goodnight for the nite, so cya Mike! Back to the house, and into the bedroom, where Chrissie really is asleep. Up like a flash, and out in the backyard to put the clothes on. Easily makes the time limit I think. Reggie is going to be the wife on this occassion. She has to get the goat into the barn or something, and it’s quite funny, she’s got an accent going and is telling the goat to move. “Your looking good goat. If I need to smack you on the bottom I will.” Reggie already has the tea ready, and then admits she thought it was a sheep. Chrissie comes into the kitchen, sits for a minute, before returning to the main house. She has a splitting headache apparently. Jo yells out to her that she did a good job.

Saxon over at the spa says twice aloud that there is only on girl he loves who is blonde, the rest are dark haired. It wouldn’t be Jo surely there Sax? Saxon suddenly yells out that ‘that Kim chick is a bitch.” Kim yells back “she’s a hoare, not a bitch!” I think they are still play yelling as CH10 cut to a comm break.

Back inside, Chrissie and Reggie are saying that they have to put up with the intruders for at least two weeks. Then Chrissie says that they both will be there for Pat’s 30th, which they say will be huge. Regina and Chrissie go back through the night, Reggie retelling her thoughts when she entered the diary room earlier tonight. Kim joins in, and Chrissie tells her that she must, if she isn’t feeling good or something, go and speak to someone on the diary room. They praise Carmel again.

Kim tells the girls that she was a dole bludger for two years. Chrissie asks if she smoked a lot of bongs! She says no. Kim finds her photo’s and shows them to the girls. Kim says her current boyfriend is the nicest person, saying that he treats her so well. Back out in the spa for a minute, a sing a long is going on, but fades to just Jo by herself. Oooh, Claire is falling asleep in the spa! She looks very tired in all seriousness. Actually, she might be having a cry, hugging Saxon at the same time. The rest of the house are talking away. She was having a little cry, and Saxon was just trying to reassure her. Sax says to Jo that this place has already had the effect on him that he wanted, and he is ready to go if he has too. Saxon says “If I leave, it’s because of them, not you….” Strange comment I thought, but he said it. Dreamworld says goodnight.

Keep Looking for Warren,
Dave
