I got bored so I made a poem about the first week in the house 
I didn't spend long on it so be nice
Week 1
Big bro is back for 2013
Still family friendly and squeaky clean
This year was announced unlucky for some
As our new housemates were introduced one by one
Bright, bubbly, diverse and fun
Soon to be living under the Gold Coast sun
As we entered the house, the first twist was clear
One half was luxury, the other was bare
Only hours after the rules were repeatedly explained
They were intentionally broken by BB’s first pain
With no clothes or hair dryer for 24 hours
Tahan learned her lesson during her freezing cold showers
Two more housemates were ready to join the clan
But before they did, big bro had a plan
Jade and drew got the surprise of their life
When they were formally pronounced husband and wife
Their true single status was to be kept a secret
With the whole nation wondering, can they really keep it?
Flopping his way from the tank to the drain
Surly came back, to cause these new muppets pain
From burnt hair rollers to boots over the fence
What he would cause this year was building suspense
As the week went on, these housemates became friends
Their days filled with joy, from beginning to end
Ben missed his mother, Sharon her kids
Jasmin hid her true colours, Tim blurted out his
The halfway house survived but struggled to sleep
And Xavier revealed his freaky false teeth
Matty and Caleb became best friends for life
While Tully and Mikkayla caused a bit of strife
After a few mean words in a low and angry tone
Mikkayla broke down, in the backyard, all alone
While Heidi’s radio voice brought support to her ear
Ed’s rockin’ body had the girls in 4th gear
Showdown ended their very first week
With Mathew and Caleb in the presidential suite
New housemates, big twists and evictions every week
These next 3 months on Tele will go down a treat
