Whether you like them or not, don't you agree they are intelligent choices?

Seal - needs to be brought into the modern era, he needs a shove into danceable & different genres

Ricky - needs his hand held, he's been given the best pop singer in the country to lead him, plus she's hugely popular

Joel - needs some indie cred and advice, so he got Mr indie

Delta - has been given some cred, a mulit million international record seller, and his stuff is the opposite of her

Yes, they could be intelligent, interesting choices. At least they haven't gone for stunt casting (unlike RedFoo or whatever his name is replacing Guy Sebastian on the other show).
