Regarding her awkward conversation with Gemma in the tree house... she handled it brilliantly.

Her (perceived?) naivety in how she dealt with it, how she kept on asking Gemma to explain what she meant, over and over again... just showed Gemma to be quite a judgemental bitch.

And Skye didn't get angry. Didn't sulk. Didn't fly off the handle..... instead she played the wounded kitten. And then to tell other housemates in her wounded kitten way, gaining empathy, while never actually "bitching" is pure brilliance.

She is a serious contender in this race. And I love her!!!

Im going to post in here every time she handles a tricky situation with finesse, and you watch the pages grow.
 
Yeah, he intro package gave a bad impression of her, but as I posted in her thread. Watching the extended intro video on the official site actually made me think she'd be awesome and tonight delivered on what I hoped.
 
But she is a very strange colour, don't you think?

I have to adjust the colour control on my TV whenever she is on.

She's like a female Ben. Crying and acting naive. Though, I admit, I liked it when Ben did it. Do we have to have another? o_O

At first glimpse, I thought she would be outspoken, mature and cocky (think, Kim Kardashian). But then she turned out to be childish, pesky and annoying. Who knew...:shifty:
 
Skye would do my head in. While I don't think she is as silly as she pretends to be ( learning difficulties do not necessarily equal lower intelligence) I have little tolerance for grown adults who resort to behaving like babies when they don't get what they want. That being said, I think she's harmless and doesn't seem to be malicious or manipulating but nup, she'd do my head in.
 
Yes I agree, she was acting all innocent and naive but she obviously knew exactly what Gemma's insult meant, and knew that acted wounded to the others and making out like Gemma was bullying her would put a target on Gemma's back and make Skye look sweet. So she is smarter than she's playing, but I suspect she could be quite bitchy so I'm not sure I like her all the same :S

Hopefully not long, blonde ditzy girls tend to do well. I don't think she's particularly intelligent in some respects, but she's very much playing some schoolgirl bitchy game, where you single out a weak target, the "freak" (not how I see Gemma, just how I suspect Skye does), and she knows that it would be easy to turn people against her because she doesn't come across as a naturally affable person, she's probably done the innocent act before.
