I was going to do a poll after the Wednesday show, but it seemed that it was a Vinnie eviction from Tuesday instead, and we have another round of nominations... so that backfired my plan very quickly.

So, change of plans, out of the three supposed current finalists (Allana, Bruce and Emily) who do you think should win? If not them, would it be any of the 4 nominees?

Will do another poll (once again) after Sunday's eviction! (probably later in the night, or if someone else done it already then it's all good)

Emily for me. No conflict, rounded personality, voice of reason in many cases, tells it like it is, some funny comments along the way, an hilarious trip and fall, and a funny sleep mask, When compared to the others (including also Coco, Colin, Conor and Edward), Emily is probably the best of the bunch, in my opinion anyway.
.

(Ha. Who would have thought that I would select a HM based on their sleep mask -- I guess that probably says something about this season.)

I chose Emily, but honestly...meh. If the whole cast was made up of Emilies, it would be the most boring show ever. She's been the fence-sitter amongst the odious behaviour and conflict, and in this case, might prove the winning strategy, which I'm happy about in comparison to the unconvincing (and somewhat disgusting) showmances and the male HM's boorish behaviour.

100% how I feel too

As much as I like Emily and dislike Bruce, Emily just hasn’t had any impact to the show and has had the most minimal screen time.

Bruce on the other hand has been interesting to watch every week. From his conservative opinions and shutting Mia down, to confrontations with Jane and Conor and the whole BB Hotel drama. Bruce has actually contributed to some entertaining episodes. I can’t say the same about Emily or Allana.

For the first two thirds of the game, Bruce lay pretty low as just one horrible member of the toxic male pack, and it's only since he's worked on Coco to see how receptive she is to a showmance (largely to fill the Holly-Colin vacuum) that he has had anything like a storyline of his own. I would argue Allana has been more prominent since the beginning, and managed to do so with her worst crime being that she's a bit of a sanctimonious busybody. Bruce, on the other hand, came out of the gate forming a MAGA alliance with Michael, which he straddled (in his underpants) with the toxic male pack, then finally realised (duh!) that being an openly misogynistic Trump-lover wasn't getting him anywhere, closed his trap about politics, and zeroed in on his Coco fauxmance. How does that make a worthy winner? One of the fatal flaws of BB is the belief that just getting your mug on TV makes you "interesting".

I don’t think Bruce or anyone is a true worthy winner, considering how short and poorly produced this season has been. The quality of the show dropped incredibly quickly after the second week.

By your comment, sounds like Bruce has had a big impact on the show and a big impact on you.

My *whole* point is, impact alone is not the point. If one of them entered the house, took a dump in the middle of the floor in the first five minutes, and spent the rest of the series doing nothing, that would still be an unforgettable impact but nothing to do with how deserving they are to win. If we're going by impact alone, Colin has had more storylines than Bruce, yet I'd say he's even less worthy of the win than Bruce, and that's a very low bar.

I am probably going to vote Bruce for the finale. Probably.

I love how his character has developed over the season, and he is more in the right than the wrong in arguments and confrontations.

People on here may not like him for his right wing views, but I don’t care about any housemates political leanings.

If it was out of these three I would choose Emily. She seems like a nice person and can be quite funny at times.
I can agree that Bruce was interesting to watch, and I hope he is genuine in some of the changes he made (four weeks is a very short time), but I don't think I want a conspiracy theorist to win. There is enough of that craziness online without bringing more attention to it.

It's not about political leanings. It's about his absolutely hateful and bigoted views. Not to mention his violent temper streak.

I think the issue is that they haven't shown her interesting stuff as much due to big personalities and that is the problem with modern BB. At least we can stream and see Emily and the housemates do things that are not shown on the daily show. I also think bigger personalities like Colin and Holly detract from the show overall. Bruce was a part of that toxic dynamic, particularly with his hateful views and aggression. I don't think he should get redeemed from that at all IMO.

Yeah, it’s a terrible shame! I would have loved to see more of Emily. I do really like her.
