I watched the Nomination and daily shows from this week yesterday and this was the first time I questioned Michael's sexuality. I can't think of why I did but at some point I said to my DH that he is gay. It may have been his rubbing down of Josh. He is either gay or wants to be like Josh as mentioned in a PP by someone else.
All that aside, I do think BB has favoured Michael. This will probably be detrimental for him in the long run though.
