Yeah, I am aware of the reasons for it, but you'd think they wouldn't show that on live given how much they have censored, changed scenes, muted so no one knows who has been evicted. It is lazy production.

Yes - and in later seasons they’d even replay the Uplate Update highlights packages, so at least viewers had something to keep them from tuning out.

Speaking of… since the live stream has been unwatchable today, and I didn’t have much to watch, I actually switched on the 7Plus live channel of BB episodes. I’m watching the Royalty vs Fans season for the first time. Why is it more engaging than the 2025 live stream? Also let me tell you, format aside, the way it’s edited is entirely identical to Ten’s current version. Hmm…

Started playing a random episode of Ch7 BB today because I wanted to compare to this, and the opening segment was literally a housemate being punished for not wearing their mic. So even Channel 7 got that right.

That reminded me of the good old days when the HMs would get a punishment for the smallest misdemeanor. Things like sorting thousands and thousands of bits of who knows what into seperate groups....in that special glass fronted room- so everyone could see...

I never watched the Seven version. I just had a look. Could not stand the BB voice.

I'm married to a social worker so I see a lot of similarities with them. What you might see as Allana "relishing in helping people so that she looks better" is most probably just her not being able to stop herself slipping into work mode and suggesting options for putting out fires or possible solutions to their problems. I know with my wife, in every social setting she finds it hard to stop herself from helping people even when they didn't actively ask for help. There's no malice there. It's just social worker mode activated haha.
