What is Bruce asking for? Those things encompassed in the definition are basically what he is seeking.

Mia and Coco even agreed that their parents had this type of dynamic. E.g. men doing certain roles, women doing certain roles around the household. (Although can’t confirm if their mother were stay at home parents or working) That doesn’t change that it is a traditional parenting dynamic

Its not a problem if you find someone that is also into it. Its just life isn't that simple, and finding someone who fits the mould that he wants is going to be much harder than he thinks.

Like Henry the 8th also thought the same way. But what if he's married to somoene who can't have kids? Is he going to get a divorce?

Sure, but there are so many women that are stuck in abusive marriages because they are financially dependant on their spouses. So much so that there are government financial programs designed to help address it.

After they leave its much easier to get child support ect. But the initial act of leaving is the hardest part.

Agreed, its financial abuse if the man is not allowing the stay at home spouse equal access to their money.

Bruce was trying to explain to Mia that his wife will have equal access to all of his money. Mia didnt get it because she was stuck on ideology.
 
i agree with therapy too i see one for my cptsd my parents dont understand it and thats ok mental health awareness still has a long way to go mine is nothing to do with my parents though

Probably easier than most of the people out there who want their preferences met with looks and attractiveness, money, intellect, communication etc. The dating market these days is not easy for anyone.

Yes which he later clarified. But the "Trad wife" he was initially describing wasn't what the ACTUAL trad wife is. He even said "Ok I used the wrong term".

He's thinking from a best case scenario because hes a white man and hasn't face adversity ever. She's seeing it from the Worst case scenario because thats what life has taught her to do.

I’d disagree with him on that as the definition Mia was using is not what we see. Only justification for him not wanting a trad wife relationship as he mentioned is “if my wife earns more” but those are his ideals.

Everyone he has described is a trad wife. Him working, wife staying at home looking after kids, cooking and cleaning etc.

What can I say? The dating market these days will lead to many people being single. Good luck to him if he finds someone like that.

Even after watching that discussion from Bruce about trad wives. Bruce is most likely gonna be talking about this again with Mia tomorrow as well since everytime Bruce & Mia have interacted in the house, trad wives is one of the main conversation topics they talk about!
