When they were discussing previous shows and twins. Conner was referring to the Logan twins but Edward's mind went to female twins. So he at least watched one of the Channel 7 shows.

Could it be possible that they were referring to the Sugar Sisters, Katie and Lucy? They were channel 9 in the series with Tully, Tim and Drew and such.
