Pretty sure he would have just asked for a photo. I've seen her out and about numerous times and I don't even live in the same city. She's not a hard person to spot or ask to get a photo with. Plus she denies knowing him.

She's in the States at the moment--hasn't even been in the country since he got evicted.

But I'm not convinced he knew her. I would assume Jason has just always been a fan of the show, saw Tully out in public and asked for a photo.
