Already been evicted, what would BBAU9 be like?

Would people watch more or less?

She is the only HM that is causing drama, and let's be honest, HM's who love everyone makes a pretty boring BB...
Sure, there are some HM's who can be entertaining, like Ben and Stacey, but that's what Sitcoms are for...not BB..

Good question, Rach1! I wouldn't be able to watch if she left, TBH... I find her quirks more than entertaining to watch. I honestly can't stand Stacey's humour; I find it abrupt, cynical and painful to the ears. Zoe - freaks me out with her crazy stalker antics; Ben - plays himself up far too much, and I can't stand the way he aggressively belittles everyone with his words; he's too judgmental. The others, well... ...whatever really. Haha! :p I find Estelle refreshing... Oh, and I can't stand the constant bitching/bickering!

Keep saving Estelle!

This is a hard one because her staying the house has ruined the cool groups game plan, They all had this game won until Estelle brought out their Bitchy side and showed them all up as the "Fake Game playing Assholes" they all are.

Well they didn't have it won, this just sent them into a spin because they couldn't figure out why she might possibly be there. They are all too arrogant to think it'd be because of anything negative they were doing on their own.

I think the biggest thing she's done to the shithead crew is they got so frustrated at her not going, they boxed themselves in to some regard by always voting for her, determined to get her out. It's like it stuck their game playing in place. Now at the end they are going nuts with game playing because even though she's got no chance at winning they see her as a big threat. Ironically it'll now make it easier for Sam and Layla. Although honestly Layla is really mean, but as Michael said there's something endearing about how naive she acts.

I think with any house mate you never know. If Estelle went early she'd just be some forgotten housemate who we wouldn't have seen as being such great character to go down in AU BB history as a stand out.

With other house mates you do get to a point where they have kind of run their course. I don't think we would have gotten anything more out of the likes of George, Angie, Bradley, Josh. We saw enough. We probably would have gotten nothing new. Although up until a week ago i'd have put Stacey in this category.

Who knows what would have happened with Charne. Same with Ava and Ryan.

Ray would be interesting to have still in there. I actually think if things went on the same way but Ray survived, it could have been really good. It may not have been though. The two group dynamics would have been more tense I think.

I need someone to root for, and there was nobody there to stand up to or annoy Ben and the others except Estelle and Angie. So if neither of those were in the house now I think it would be hard to watch. Layla pretty much just hangs onto Sam (or George earlier) and I can't stand those showmances.

If Estelle had gone earlier it would mean someone else would of survived, maybe Ray or Bradley. I think the nasty group of Michael, Ben, Stacey and Zoe would of just intensified thier attack on Layla after getting rid of Angie as they see her as a threat to them winning. And make no mistake this group is playing to win at any cost. Makes me want none of them to win, so without Estelle and out of whats left I would want Layla or Sam to win. But I think Michael would find it a lot easier to manipulate a win for himself if Estelle wasn't around. So this is why we need to save Estelle!

I don't think a lot would've changed, they would've just moved on to the next HM they decided they had it in for. After all, the bitchiness hasn't just been for Estelle. They were quite happy to lay in to Sam and Angie, even a bit for Ava. Layla was happy to join in with this (apart from Sam) but when she realised she was the weakest link, she moved away from them. I don't think Estelle being there actually makes a lot of difference. To me she doesn't offer anything interesting to the house and although it is amusing to see them trying to suss out why she stayed and suck up to her, it still doesn't make Estelle or the house anymore interesting.

The show wouldn't be much different because she isn't really that interesting in herself, it's her fans who make her seem interesting. It would have changed the show about as much as George or Ray leaving did. It's the forums that would be different.

i think for anyone who was just after bitchiness, the show wouldn't be different. the toxic-trio had a plan in mind and were working to put everyone in place for a domino-effect of evictions. the execution of that plan required getting everyone offside on the 3 targets every week to make sure they were up for eviction (or at least two of them)

but, for anyone looking for something else, including looking for something to stand up to the toxic ones, the season would have been very different. someone like ray staying might have escalated the conflict by standing up to them more vociferously, but largely the rest would have all gone in order just one week later.

a pivotal point in this was the eviction of sarah. it gave the anti-bitch voters heart that they could take control of the game. I think losing ray was also a wake-up call that they couldn't get complacent. estelle became their poster child with the couch-conflict, and earned her own kudos with the surly dinner... now, only history remains to be written
