Housemate Diaries.

The Telegraph amongst others has published housemate diaries. I find it very revealing that ALLthe housemates with the exception of ONE have written about their experience in the BB house and how their time has effected them as individuals and how they have grown, some have even written how the experience has opened their eyes and improved them as a person....all have written in this way except for ONE housemate.....ED !!! What did ED write ? ....a housemate by housemate breakdown and character analysis including a toxic character assassination of TIM.

More so than any other incident this should be EDs poker 'tell'.....revealing once and for all for even the most deluded of his followers that he is indeed the poisonous snake in the grass many have suspected from day 1.

The sooner that prawn gets evicted the better.

Yeah thats the one....interesting isn't it ?

Funny thing is.......EDs diary entry is perhaps the one that LEAST surprised me. Rather than use the opportunity to share something of himself, of his experience in the BB house and what it all has meant to him he has used the opportunity to further spew forth his character analysis of each housemate. No insight into himself...just a breakdown of everybody else, including a poisonous character assassination of Tim.

They are all playing the game but at least people like Tim, Tahan, Mikkayla and even Drully have had the courage to open themselves up in the process and I like that...when people open up and allow themselves to become a little vulnerable is when they are at their most interesting and honest. EDs conduct in the house from day 1 and that of his family has shown him to be nothing more than a cold and calculating game player....and a selfish one at that who has given us nothing in return.

Tim — manipulator and creator of havoc. He is playing a game in here based on emotional bullying and using tactics that are nasty and upsetting to others. Can’t be trusted.

Sounds PRETTY ACCURATE to me.

Tim an emotional bully? Give just one example?

- Making Ben feel bad for Mikkayla making his dinner.
- Using Jade's feelings for Ed in order to make Ed look like a dick
- Claiming to have a 'crush' on Lucy in order to make her look bad the week after Caleb left

That's all I can think of atm. I don't know if 'bully' is the right word, but it is using people's feelings against them for sure.

You provide no examples of how exactly he makes them feel bad. Ed is a dick. The Lucy thing was completely lighthearted and you have no proof it was to make Lucy 'look bad.'

Yeah I was a bit gobsmacked when I read it. I suspect that he hasn't said anything about himself because beyond lifting weights and being (in some people's eyes) good looking there IS nothing to write about. As for what he's said about others...just proves that HE'S the poisonous one who doesn't confront anyone directly. I saw in their stupid blog that his brother & sister accused Tim of "trying to take Ed down"...hang on, wasn't Ed at the centre of the stupid "mutiny" against Tim????
And as for emotional bullying - HA!!!!! Bullying, by definition is a)deliberately nasty & malicious and b)targets specific people on multiple occasions over an extended period of time. In no way, shape or form does Tim's behaviour match any of those criteria.

And this is exactly why Tim is the puppet master. People will just go off whatever his says and not think any of his intentions are bad. He controls the public thought process as much as he does the house. Brilliant gameplay. As I said I don't know if bully is the right word, but he does use people to his advantage. Emotional manipulator would be a clearer description. He does and says thing he knows will evoke emotion, and 99% of the time he will get the response he wants.

Okay, just completely dismiss what I say and call me a puppet (by implying I'm easy to fool). Thanks. Is it really so difficult to provide one proper example?

By the way, I know Tim is no angel. But I would never call him an emotional bully. And hardly an emotional manipulator.

You've never been in bussiness, have you?

First off - didn't call you a puppet. I was merely explaining the point of how Tim is playing the game. Don't take it personally. I did provide examples of situations where Tim has created a problem based off people's feelings, but you dismissed them as not examples so I don't know what more I could do expect to call in a real life shrink to explain how these situations could be seen as emotional 'bullying'.

For example: Ben is embarrassed of the fact he cannot cook. Had stated many times to housemates that he would prefer to do the dishes instead of help with the cooking because of this. After Ben asked Tim to stop teasing over the fact that he was a vegetarian, Tim then began to talk down to Ben over the fact Mikkayla was making in all his meals. (Even though at this point in time Mikkayla didn't seem to care as she loves to cook) and so we ended up with Ben feeling upset and asking Mikkayla to show him how to cook, which made Ben look like a dolt and Mikkayla look like a condensing bitch.

And I know the counter is going to be well Ben is a 31 year old man and he should.....blah, blah. Point is Ben stood up to Tim and Tim then used a sore point in order to make Ben feel small. So that's an example.

Plus Ben is a lazy so-and-so & needed to be goaded to make any kind of effort to make food for himself.

I actually interpereted that very differently. What I saw was Tim, tell Ben that going and making a special meal request of Mikkayla would not be in his best interest, and Ben asking why. When Tim explained why, Ben took it on board and went into the kitchen to help and learn. Mikkayla, who loves to teach, was happy to instruct and they both seemed to enjoy themselves.

Even if Tim was trying to rock the boat there, it didn't work.

Mikkayla was the one who complained to Tim about having to cook for Ben. That's why Tim had a talk to Ben about it cos no one else would.

Thanks. I think it started off with Tim being curious about Ben wearing leather? Not sure. Maybe Tim was being nasty, but maybe he just wanted to acknowledge the elephant in the room and make light of it. A 31 year old vegetarian not knowing how to cook? Ben knew people were gonna judge him for that. Anything that's weird about you in the BB house will be talked about.

I have absolutely no sympathy for Ben the 'I'm so poor' homeowner !!!!

While I do agree that not everyone has the same skill set I do believe that everyone, particularly fully grown adults should at least TRY make an effort to address their weaknesses. Ben wants to make no effort whatsoever...I suspect he is fully aware of the fact that most housemates feel 'sorry' for him and they'll pick up his slack as long as he pokes his bottom lip out and has a sook. PATHETIC. I'm glad Tim takes the p!ss out of him for it.

Yeah...I have NO sypathy for Ben the "I'm so poor" homeowner.

For sure. I agree with this. But again, I can see how people would take it the other way, just as every situation in the house is turned inside out and seen from every angle and we can all yell until we are blue in the face and we still won't all agree on things. That's the beauty of this forums. Again, I am sorry if you took any offence to the puppet thing, it was not my intention and I certainly wasn't try to call you one :)
