I think this millionaire thing is rubbish, what do you think?
If you read the API article George is claiming millions in equity he doesn't even have yet, it's nearly all from future projects. He has bought 3 proprties this year that he plans to develop and is basing his wealth on the end values of these. That might be a business plan, but it's not wealth.
I'm calling it now! Next George will be running seminars and offering a DVD set on how he's a good bloke and how he can teach you how to make millions for a fee of course.
Don't beleive me, check out Carly Crutchfield (http://www.carlycrutchfieldexposed.com), she was in API magazine and on Secret Millionaire and turned out to be serious dodgy. Must have pissed someone off big time.
API magazine is crap, they are always running articles like these of everyday people making millions when there is not too much substance to it. I work in the development consulting industry, and we always LMFAsO when we read about or meet people like this. Seriously, money upfront - they always have major cash flow issues and have not planned for approval delays. Lucky if they get out on top most of the time.
