George a real millionaire?

Seriously. When he sais he was, he said he had 2 or 3 million.

Now I dont' know about others but I think I'd know if I was out by 50% or one million bucks.

More accurately I think George is a leveraged real estate "millionaire".

He clearly hasn't earnt a million, nor does he have a million clear in his own name. He just boasts that he is leveraged up to his balls in bank debt that he thinks makes him a "millionaire".

Totally bogus.

Curious since I am in the US... Is the housing market in Australia strong? Or is it suffering the same issues as the general US housing market? For example, most houses across the country here have lost 10-50% in value over the past 6 years.

Housing market is very dependent on area, nothing as bad as the US but it's not booming.
