Clearly she must have a secret, considering the whole theme of this year's BB

Has anything been sourced or found out about her yet?

I'd bet that "she" is actually a "he", I couldn't get over the fact that BB kept showing her hands when she was in the captains quarters on her own. The fact "she" went on a first date with Josh is also another give away.

BUT perhaps I'm completely off, anyone have any news?
 
I don't think she has a secret but BB wanted her as a HM so she was made wait and be an intruder.
 
I doubt they would pull another Miriam stunt. I've seen her hands and they look completely normal. You're grasping at straws.

I can't help but notice, would you be saying this if she was Caucasian?
Because the whole thing seems ridiculous....she's like 5 foot nothing and the most petite thing ever:/

She'd be able to grasp a few more straws than me, I reckon! haha.

Surely she'd have a secret though, its the premise of the whole series. And as for her being a lesbian, I'd say thats hardly a worthy secret, especially considering Ben didnt try and keep his sexuality a secret.

Nothing to do with her race at all, 100% to do with all those hand shots. Could just be that BB was trying to show nerves, however I believe there is alterior motives.

I'd say thats a bit of a harsh secret to have someone keep, making them either: keep their sexuality a secret to other housemates as a secret for BB or making her 'come out' on national television, where potentially none of her close friends and family know about it.

I know it has been done with Miriam before, but to be fair, the target audience of the show would have little to no recognition to what that 'something' that Miriam was all about.

Nope, because, as you well know, that particular ethnicity doesn't lend itself all that well to "ladyboyness".

Ava's ethnicity, as you well know, does.

She's literally like 5'1 and wouldn't be more than 50kgs....she's got like tiny shoulders and has a bit of an ass....she's not a bloke.
Despite the fact that, channel 9 is a conservative channel and this shit wouldn't fly with their demographic.
 
They would never keep that a secret. It was made perfectly clear in the runup/build up before Mirium even set foot in the house that she was transsexual.
I've sensed a lot of flirtatious behavior between her and Estelle and have a strong hunch that she's bi-sexual and she genuinely has an attraction to Estelle.
IF, big IF, Estelle makes it past this weekend without being evicted, I wouldn't be suprised if they end up getting very "cosy" with one another.

It's only a secret to the audience and her housemates, she might be very out in real life and not care that we know. BB couldn't force her to use that as her secret.

Miriam had her own show. It was a big deal. Everyone knew.
 
I agree, Ch9 are too soft to have a shim on the show.
Ava certainly does not act her age that's for sure, but she's fine, can't wait for Josh to reel her in (if thats what she is into)
