It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume Alex has gone to work on something like Im a Celeb as he would be the obvious choice with his experience on Big Brother. Being that will be over by years end, then when Nine or seven bring back BB in 2016 he could then jump back on board. Heres hoping.

no thank you to alex as he was terrible at running big brother with so many awful twists and the fact that under his tenure the big brother concept got lost under a avalanche of ambi pur ads and gimmicky stunts.

Ditto to that. IAC is still on a high, I wouldn't want to see it go down the drain just yet.

Edit: Or did Meandyou mean the UK version sorry? It's a bit more tired, but still enjoyable.

It came off a bit bitter because BB was obviously not getting renewed and he has deleted the tweet so it must have been a bit of a dig.

Hmmm... I don't think it really matters what he said or why he said it... It was trash talking a production he wasn't a part of and was clearly jealous... I don't think it looks very good on him... That said Alex is really one to talk about "recycling" ideas... The English version of I'm a Celebrity has incorporated latecomers multiple times... So what should it matter if Peter Abbott incorporated a word or two from the BB lexicon... He was clearly responsible for them being there in the first place...

Just because it hasn't hit a media release doesn't make it official, its not going to be shown this year, fact. Rights are up for grabs later in the year for 2016.
