Construction starts on new house in Sydney Olympic Park

Ha, bah humbug. In all honesty though, and location/production issues aside, the main reason why I want it back is because of space reasons. Rewatching the older seasons, the houseguests have so much more room to run around compared to the last house, which felt almost claustrophobic at times...

First of all, how dare you. Second of all, that’s perfect for the ghetto I’m a Celeb experience

Construction starts on new house in Sydney Olympic Park

Welp, guess the Dreamworld dream is still dead. Given how low standards they have for “international celebrities”, it’d be kinda cool if they imported someone from BBUS/CAN (not Frankie Grande)

I seem to recall 9 did a lot of fucking around with the timeslot of 14, though.

    Episode BBAU 2021 - Episode 31 Live Finale Discussion (29 June, 7:30pm)

Apparently they had the option of not going due to COVID restrictions, though I don’t see why she couldn’t be forced to stream in.

    Episode BBAU 2021 - Episode 31 Live Finale Discussion (29 June, 7:30pm)

No idea what was in the insta story, but she’s kinda right? This is going to sound a bit harsh, but the sad truth is that 95% of the audience isn’t going to remember her, and tbh it’s kind of a waste time for both the UTR houseguests and the producers that need to dedicate time remembering them.

Speaking of, is the news part of the site dead? Seems to be redirecting to the forums for a good few months now.

I mean, SJ did actually last about a week or so.

Big Brother VIP set to launch in 2021 featuring some of Australia’s biggest celebrities

Mildly ambiguous wording, but in case there was any doubt, it sounds like VIP will be late Q4 after tentpoles like the Voice, AGT, and SAS AU. Also claims the current series were a great result for 7. https://tvtonight.com.au/2021/06/2021-mid-year-ratings-report.html

Big Brother Australia 2021: Final 3 (contains spoilers)

Hold on.... Danny’s saying that it’s because the producers saw him on ACA flouting the lockdown restrictions for a motorcycle wheel and a tattoo in Queensland that they asked him to be on the show. Jesus fucking christ. At least we know one person that’s going to turn up at the finale.

Big Brother Australia 2021: Final 3 (contains spoilers)

“So who got to the end?” “Uh, this guy called Marley, [mumbles] Jane... Oh, and there was also Dan, that guy was the real winner of the show.” I recall someone in the pre-season talking about knowing Dan, said he was a real asshole as well.

Big Brother Australia 2021: Final 3 (contains spoilers)

If stat man did get it wrong, I wonder if he was a victim of production trying to spread fake leaks. After all, he got it right last year and named this F3 months before anyone knew who they were, but at the same time wasn’t close enough to name “Jayne” as SJ.

Big Brother Australia 2021: Final 3 (contains spoilers)

Taken part in a number of larger storylines, survivor of the showmance, “back from the dead for revenge”. I seem to recall Chad lacked significant diary room segments, but I guess that could be wrong without a rewatch....not that any sane person would want to.

Big Brother Australia 2021: Final 3 (contains spoilers)

Christina’s edit feels compelling to me, at least. That being said, I wouldn’t really do any edit reading for this BBAU. Survivor AU is notorious for not being edgic friendly (bar last season), Chad last year was also almost completely non-existent until the penultimate episode really gunned...

Big Brother Australia 2021: Promos, Trailers & Spoilers

It’s too late to do any more fake evictions, and yet why does Second Chance week sound suspiscious? I was thinking the same thing last season; Sonia doesn’t even host challenges or do post-eviction interviews. They could have housemates talking to a stick they found in the yard during filming...

    Daniel and his advantages.

Yeah, he talks about it on a podcast with Tully. iirc it was something like being asked through a friend of a friend of the producers, and they were looking for people about two weeks before he went into the house.

So, definitely not after 2014 then. But in all seriousness, I do think Tim means it when he says he’s retired from reality tv, even in the off chance they offered.
