West Australian 'Jamie' Winner of Big Brother 06 is returning to Perth this weekend to visit his family and friends. After a year struggling with the aftermath and fall out of Big Brother, and trying to make some sense of his experience, Jamie moved to Melbourne in the hope of becoming a little more anonymous. He is currently using his human movement degree from UWA, and his Personal Training qualification, in a trendy high-end gym in Chapel Street, within walking distance from his three storey town house, from which he watches the sunset over Port Phillip Bay. With a book about his whole Big Brother journey nearing completion, Jamie has moved forward and exciting opportunities are opening for him. He is about to be part of a celebrity bar of Chapel Street with former Perth Glory player Ljubo Milicevic who now plays for Melbourne Victory. Jamie can't wait to come back to Perth for a break, and will be the star attraction at a not be missed Christmas party at Matilda Bay, for his father's law firm. BB fans may struggle to recognise Jamie, now donning dreadlocks styled with his new product 'jam' which he has designed with a Melbourne hairdresser.

If he has been struggling in the aftermath of BB, trying to make sense of the experience, and hoping to become a little more anonymous.....then WHY is he working in Chapel St, writing a book, designing (and promoting??) hair products and appearing as "the star attraction" at a Christmas party?

Makes no sense.

Shouldn't he be off in a hole somewhere?

BEHIND every Big Brother winner, there's a great runner-up like Zach Douglas. After losing money when ripped off by dodgy web designers, our camp corsetiere has finally got his online business up and running.

His website shows models in his handmade creations snapped at his parents' farm near Echuca. "We even had our horses shampooed for the photos," he joked. "This is most exciting. I've been corsetting for years.

"Traditionally, runners-up have got work out of BB like Tim Brunero, Bree Amer, Blair McDonough and Chrissie Swan."

The Toorak-based designer may move to Sydney as his star rises. He's a shoo-in for a panel-style show called The Night Cap, waiting approval to air on Channel 7's HD channel.

He's also had talks with Foxtel about his own talk show that he calls "a gay version of Rove".

The single boy dismissed whispers of a romance with celebrity farmer David Graham.

Douglas was also sad to hear Gretel Killeen had been axed.

"She did pick her favourites and I wouldn't want to be on her bad side, but Gretel is fantastic," he said. "It's not easy and she's so good at getting what she needs."

According to the print edition of today's TDT, Zach will be making regular appearances on Ch 7's The Morning Show.:D

Edited to add: Heard a whisper to lookout for him making his first appearance early next week;)

hmm Emma why does she always take those faces when she has her photo taken...why doesn't she be natural for a change...
