Episode Day 15 Eviction Show - 23/11/2025

To be fair they were promoting this season as being far more interactive than ever before.

To be fair for most of the week we were promised a single eviction of someone with the least votes to save which is what we got with Jane.
I could hear the stress in Big Brothers voice when things did not go according to plan on live TV "hang up the phone".
Live TV + Technology + Storms + Untried twists = chaos!
Which is why potential callers were asked to provide their active social media details so producers could do a background check before selecting them.
Same reason why guest speakers in state schools have their slide deck /or scripts checked by leadership before being allowed to address the students.
Dammed if they do and dammed if they don't, if someone there got struck by lightning Ten would be criticized for pressing ahead. Can't control weather.
Well said. Just like Radio show guests, they would have been briefed by production before being transferred over to the Big Brother House Phone.
"Hi Bec, congrats on connecting through to the biggest twist of Big Brother Australia 2025, this is Jo from production here, when i connect you to the house, please speak calmly and clearly into the phone saying who out of Mia or Alana you want to evict and nothing more, do you understand?"
At least 95% of threats, like that of bombs, are just that - and they are not carried out. If Conor repeated his behavior then yes by all means eject him.

All that marketing about the twist just for the two people that everyone said was going home did lol. What a complete bust of a twist. Even if production had said that Connor, Holly and Colin were off the table (and they would have) I'd have taken a twist whereby the caller got to evict anyone else. Would it have been hell unfair, yes but at least it would have been a moment. The phone call was just embarrassing for the show TBH.
First half of the show was fire and Alanna reading Holly to flith was fantastic. That's more of what the show needs, raw footage unrelated to a task whereby we get actual conflict and actual perspectives on it from multiple parties.

I'm sad for Mia. She wanted to stay there a little longer, and she would have if it wasn't such a short season. Sigh. It's going to be all over in 2 weeks. I wanted to see more of her. Everyone knows that the fan who was selected was pre-determined by the show. I bet all 20 callers selected picked Mia to go. No way Allana was going. I kind of wish the "home viewer" could have selected anyone in the house to go instead of the nominees. Would have made it less predictable. Though it would have probably been pre-determined as well. No way Colin or Holly were going to go in a snap eviction.
Allana's "oh my god" when walking past Holly talking to Colin in the vent was hilarious. I'm with you Allana.
Holly and Allana both didn't remember correctly what Holly said on the couch about Emily.
This episode made two things clear:
1. The live shows need to be somewhere undercover. It's so obvious rain is going to affect the shows more than it doesn't, especially this time of year. They did well with what they had to work with tonight, but the live stage needs to be undercover. The rain gods are making this clear.
2. The house needs to be moved somewhere else. The interference with the theme park riders goes against everything Big Brother is about : no contact with the outside world. They need to move to an area on site that is isolated and where no theme park visitors can shout to them. It is such a stupid location where they decided to set up the house.

Haven’t been watching all week but @the Theorist informed me last night was a disaster so I had to see for myself just how bad it was… I’m not even through the intro package and I’m already screaming at my screen…

Yes - but can't you pick up NSW tv in some parts of Qld - so you can watch it live?
There are 3 hiding spots that were used for the last housemate to hide in when they entered the house (Jane). They had temp cams in them as they didnt know which one she was going to hide in, but now the cameras have been removed. So the fact that Colin was allowed to be in that hidey hole with no camera was so stupid.
