That's what I'm thinking. There are modern flip phones about. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip etc. And a nice callback for the old school viewers, especially if they make it a standing joke at each eviction. You win a flip phone!

Genuinely surprised they are going back to Dreamworld seeing the house and stage/production areas are gone. 10 are actually putting a bit of money into this.

Going to be a pretty short summer.
From speculation many months ago, I mentioned the Dreamworld Exibition Centre could probably serve as a live audience studio if they weren't willing to build anything. With how things are these days, they'll probably put up a giant tent or something.
I would have to assume what they need on sight is probably less these days. Were the editors and people reviewing the footage even on sight in the past?

The amphitheatre had editing bays on the side of the building (half underground) plus other rooms for recording, green rooms etc etc
Can you get/borrow/steal a drone?To quote Mel, I am indeed “wrappped” to once again be big brother’s neighbour.I’m in Coomera and shall keep an eye on any happenings for you all.

If they did use the DEC, they would need a location for all the production crew.. I realise they could bring in production trucks and stuff, would it be the best solution (maybe) could they build editing bays onto the side of the house (not sure)

Guys the nostalgia is through the roof right now. Most of the comments on socials are begging for the old format to come back, which is what we're getting, and the social team are replying with "Back at Dreamworld 
️ Live Nominations ️ Live Evictions ️ with some more nostalgic surprises TBC".
And even if it's a short series, I do believe next year will be longer.
Dreamworld is back, the theme is back, it's like I've time warped back to 2001.
I reckon channel 7 are probably scratching their heads thinking "why didn't we think of that?" Clowns.

Despite the hype, I imagine Dreamworld got a decent bargain with being a major sponsor for the show.
After the ratings being what they were on Seven, I can't imagine big brands are stepping up to be involved (after all, the last season was sponsored by a relatively small sex toy website) and will be a little apprehensive about jumping in. Depending on how well the show does in its return, future seasons will likely be a different story.
But Dreamworld is scoring big by getting in now. Because even when it comes to securing a new deal in the future, they've got the "your purpose-built location is on our land - do you really want to move?" card.

10 won’t have any issues with sponsors, They already have great sponsorships with their other flagship shows. Optus was a sponsor back in 03, I can see them getting in on the action.
