...that 's a really good evaluation of what could be Evan44... the only thing that I would change in that order would be to swap Chloe and Jess with each other because Gary and George would be fearing that Jess would be too good up against Ben hence the reason that they would get rid of Jess as soon as possible methinks!... so my order would be...

...Samira first then Reece, then Jess, with their final 4 being Sashi/Khahn/Chloe and Ben...

...but yes my friend... I think that your order of them going will be pretty much as you say it will be for sure... good call Evan44... cheers.
 
I would hope that not even these judges and producers would be thinking in these terms - as in that their new "boy winner" needs to be Ben. Why not Khanh or Sashi (too ethnic?), Reece (too gay?), Samira or Jess (too ethnic AND female, poor things?).
A Chloe/Ben finale would be the most rigged final 2 ever.

...Meglos you have given all of the valid reasons for why none of the others will win this... and yes... the odds on what you said will happen with Chloe and Ben is basically what Gary and George have vied for all season... and the shittiest part of it all?... they so openly do not care that we can see it for what it is... the show is no longer about equality and fairness anymore... it's all about what Gary and George want... so yes... the final two being the most rigged?... Yup!... and they don't give a shit what we think either... cheers.

I usually don't buy conspiracy theories but I also firmly believe they only brought Brendan back because they were shocked at the public outcry, and then got rid of him again as soon as it seemed safe and that they wouldn't look suspicious.

THE TV chef has accused My Kitchen Rules and MasterChef of “doing a disservice” to the viewing public.

IAIN “Huey” Hewitson is not a fan of MasterChef and My Kitchen Rules.

The Kiwi chef, 69, blasted the reality shows during an interview on A Current Affairand said they “do a terrible disservice to the public”.

“They’re game shows, they’re not cooking shows,” Hewitson said.

“They start off simple and then the next time you turn around they’re doing deconstructed rubbish with smears on the plate. And this new thing when they start talking to people, they say, ‘Now please tell me about your philosophy.’ Who gives a …?”

The ACA reporter put it to the TV chef that some people might accuse him of being jealous of MKR and MasterChef’s success, but he denied that’s the case.

“I think these shows are brilliantly produced and I have no axe to grind with the judges,” he said.

“I object to what it is doing to people at home making their fancypants food, whereas they’d do a heck of a lot better buying a brilliant chicken, roasting in the oven with some nice root vegetables … than trying to make pickled ducks bums with truffle oil.

“I’m not going to pick on shows like MasterChef, I really am not,” Hewitson said, before doing just that.

“I don’t even hate the presenters … much. But I think the problem with them is they do a terrible disservice to the public ’cos they make all the food look so complicated.


“Don’t be pretentious, for goodness sake. All you’re doing is cooking. It is not rocket science.”

Hewitson, who has been presenting on TV since 1991, has now set up his own YouTube channel called Huey’s Fabulous Fast Food for One or Two.

...I have never liked Iain ‘Huey’ Hewitson... ever... I've always thought that he was a 'grubby' cook... before now when he had his own shows I've seen him take a spoon or ladle out of something that he is cooking and has tasted it and put the spoon or ladle back into the pot... to me... that was the equivalent of 'double dipping'... urgh!... he did other 'grubby' things too which I cannot remember right now but!... he does have a point in some of the things that he is saying whether it's because of 'sour grapes' or not...

...when he says things like "they’re doing deconstructed rubbish with smears on the plate" and "than trying to make pickled ducks bums with truffle oil"... yes... what he says about it all being so 'pretentious' at times does reek of it on MasterChef but Iian 'Huey' Hewitson... the show IS called 'Masterchef' and not 'Justlearningtocookchef' old son... sure... some of the stuff is just a pretentious wankathon at times but it is still an integral part of the show regardless...

...I do love Masterchef as a show but I cannot stand all of the pretentiousness throughout it many times during the season so I have a whinge and a whine about it within these forums and get it out of my system then just continue watching regardless... maybe you should stop trying to keep yourself relevant within TV land by going on a show that has no integrity whatsoever on a Channel that has absolutely no integrity whatsoever and showing just how jealous you are of the shows success and showing the whole wide world that you are suffering from the worse case of sour grapes to the nth degree... your cooking shows were usually always as boring as batshit and you're recipes were never that great either so............... cheers.
 
MKR is particularly bad in getting people to cook wanky dishes they lack the skills to actually cook. Learn to crawl before you walk. It is why masterchef has had to go from amateur home cooks to people who obviously have had some cooking lessons, because no home cook knows how to do half that stuff without some kind of training.

He was so sloppy and lazy on his show. He’d stuff things up and just keep going. If he’s willing to do it on tv, what’s he willing to do when no one's watching?
