I am very tempted to enter/apply with some young people I know......wonder how they would react?

But, none of them are tanned or super muscley, and no plastic females......and I can't imagine them having much patience with these fools

Straight to the reject pile. It is a requirement to be tanned, have super muscles or or plastic :P I meet none of the categories so I won't bother applying, ha ha.
 
But.....the youngins i know are super cool, way cooler than these meat heads
And they all have a huge online presence for producing actual web content, not just insta photos

They are all kind of like the opposite of our cast
