So not that difficult.How many times this season have we seen the raw meat disaster quickly averted by cooking the meat on its side for a minute?
...if they wanted a 'fire' inspired main dish I would've gone outside... started a bushfire and would have waited about 15 minutes... walked back outside and would've put a naturally just cooked still smouldering Goanna on the plate... simple cooking I call it... and they couldn't fail me for it not being a 'fire inspired' dish really could they?... cheers.
